Lauren was quick to respond to messages, and always had a friendly, helpful tone even when we changed our minds a few times. The final products were as delicious as they were beautiful - our guests couldn't stop raving about the macarons and cupcakes! There was one small mix-up with a wrong flavor box, but Lauren noticed it right away, contacted us, and had it fixed without any stress on our big day. Overall I'd highly recommend Gotti Sweets.
