I recently had the pleasure to work with Mulberry Estates. I was in the hunt for a venue to have a surprise gender reveal/baby shower for my best friend. Right when I was about to give up I came upon Mulberry through google search. I immediately fall in love without seeing it in person. I contacted the venue and was in contact with Melanie since. Due to the fact I lived in a different city all the planning was done vie phone calls and text messages. Melanie’s impeccable service from day one made the day truly memorable. On the day of the event, I must say, I felled in loved even more. The guest loved it and most importantly my best friend and husband loved it. The venue definitely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. Melanie was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. The venue itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern and cozy elements. Venue on the Lake was such a blessing for our 2020 wedding. We booked the place months before the pandemic hit, and had to postpone the event, and had many other concerns to make sure our wedding was safe and still beautiful. Communicating with Bill was so easy, and so was postponing the wedding and making sure it was socially distant. I did not have to worry about anything through the whole process and was so happy with how my wedding went, from the moment we booked until the event ended. Even when the city started construction nearby that week, they put curtains up so the orange cones wouldn't show during our ceremony. We would highly recommend working with this venue!

I’m not even sure how to put into words how absolutely amazing Bridle Oaks was to work with. Shawna is the sweetest and funniest person and made everything about our experience from the meetings to the wedding day so much fun and just such a breeze! Our coordinator, Kim, is an actual angel, a legit miracle worker and we are so beyond blessed to have had such an amazing team on our wedding day. They explain everything in so much detail during the meetings and they think of literally everything you could possible need for a wedding! There’s no way we could’ve done any of this without everyone at Bridle Oaks. Everyone who attended our wedding talked about how absolutely beautiful the venue is, how kind everyone was, how incredibly detailed everything was and that the entire thing from start to finish flowed so so smoothly! And people are still talking about how awesome the beer mule was!! Every part of the entire day was a total hit and these memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We could not recommend Bridle Oaks more!

I feel very fortunate that we were able to celebrate our wedding at such a beautiful venue. The setting was truly stunning, and leading up to the big day, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They made the planning process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Additionally, the list of recommended vendors they provided was absolutely fantastic. I have to give special thanks to Four Rivers Barbecue, Cocktails Catering, and Kaleidoscope Lighting, all of whom made the actual event so easy and seamless. Their services truly elevated our day and helped everything run smoothly. However, my experience on the actual wedding day was unfortunately not as positive. From the moment my bridesmaids and I arrived, the venue attendants were unwelcoming and made us feel as though we were an inconvenience. There was no greeting, no introductions, and no effort to make us feel comfortable, which was especially upsetting on what was supposed to be one of the happiest and most important days of my life. Additionally, there were issues with museum guests still being present less than an hour before our event began, and we had to ask multiple times for them to leave. This should have been handled by the staff, as it added unnecessary stress to the already hectic pre-wedding preparations. At the end of the night, the venue attendants started telling our guests that they needed to leave in 20 minutes, which was perfectly reasonable. However, they failed to inform me, my bridal party, or the groom about this timing, which created confusion and made the event's conclusion feel rushed. While I didn’t use a coordinator because I felt confident in my planning abilities, I would have appreciated receiving the same time warning that was given to a few of my guests. It would have helped us to better manage the end of the event. To make matters worse, as we were breaking down, the attendants were rude to both myself and my guests, which was extremely disappointing. There is definitely a way to be firm yet kind, but that wasn’t the approach we received. Overall, while the venue itself was beautiful and all of the staff were great leading up to the day, the attitude and behavior of the venue attendants on the wedding day really left a negative impression. I hope they can address these issues for future couples, as it detracted from what should have been a perfect day.

The food was delicious, the music was perfect, and the photos were absolutely stunning! Working with Carmen and Elizabeth was an absolute pleasure. I’ve never felt so well taken care of. They seemed to know what I wanted or needed even before I did. Carmen answered every call, responded to every question, and made the whole planning process feel effortless. Our reception space was decorated beautifully. The venue itself is breathtaking, but when it was transformed with the decorations, it was truly overwhelming—seeing everything come to life brought tears to my eyes. Our loved ones couldn’t stop complimenting the venue, and everyone raved about how friendly and accommodating the staff was. The second we stepped foot on the property I knew it was the one!! Everything was perfect! I can’t get over it. My only complaint is that the coordinators almost missed arranging my bouquet toss and had to do it in 5 minutes at the end. I was also sad that I wasted money on a bubble machine that I was not allowed to use. And my last complaint is that we only got one little piece of our food we spent 4.5k on for catering. I was hoping that someone packed us a box up to eat. We literally got back to the hotel starving. But other than these things it’s a wonderful venue!

Tuscawilla Country Club was the perfect venue for our wedding. The space is beautiful, spacious, and has a modern yet traditional feel that perfectly matched the vibe we were going for. My, now husband, and I absolutely loved our wedding reception experience at Falcon's Fire Golf Club. Mary was a pleasure to work with. We initially chose Falcon's Fire due to the quality and beauty of the venue, paired with a very affordable price (which can be very hard to find these days!). Though, now that the wedding is all said and done, we are so incredibly grateful to have chosen such a wonderful venue. In addition to the affordability and beauty of the venue, Mary and her team did an incredible job. Our pasta bar, catered by the restaurant at Falcon's Fire was delicious. It was truly the perfect day! Also- special and much louder shout out to Mary. The week of the wedding Mary notified us of a slight change that needed to take place due to updated guidelines set by the golf course (which were, understandably, beyond her control). When I stopped by the venue to walk the changes with Mary, I was pleased to learn that Mary had already thought through a wonderful contingency plan that not only met, but exceeded our expectations, keeping what we wanted for our special day as a priority. It is easy to rate a business with 5 stars when things go perfectly, but for a business to uphold 5 stars (honestly, I would say they exceeded 5 stars) when needing to pivot and problem solve in a pinch, that (in my opinion) speaks greater volumes to the service and quality of a business and its events coordinator. Thank you, Mary. We reflect fondly on our wedding and are happy that you and Falcon's Fire were able to be such a huge part of our day.

Saxon Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding. Their communication throughout the planning process was very easy; they were always quick to respond to emails and phone calls with a friendly and helpful attitude. The venue itself is so pretty, with beautiful gardens and architecture that made a gorgeous backdrop for our photos. It was definitely worth the money to host our reception there. The staff at Saxon Manor went above and beyond for us on our special day - they were attentive to every detail, from the setup and decor to making sure my husband and I were well taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and highly recommend Saxon Manor to any couple planning their wedding! Even the food was a huge hit.

This was the best find out of all the wedding process. Cindy and her venue were amazing. Super kind, fantastic service and worked really hard to make our dreams come too. We were on a really tight budget but monarch Meadows is stunning and affordable. Alot is included in the price.
