The Emerald Event Centers are privately owned by The Szklarski Family. Hope and Joe run and operate the venues themselves and take care of each couple individually with extreme pride and gratitude. Under the Woods Event Center was created when our eldest son and future daughter-in-law were searching for a location wedding. Our family realized we had the perfect location and beautiful acreage on our rolling Ozark hills to build a gorgeous event venue that would be perfect for their fit event and many future events. We designed a climate controlled barn conveniently located on Highway 71 in Jane, Missouri, one mile north of Bella Vista, Arkansas.

Welcome! Carbon Creek specializes in weddings, vow renewals, and commitment ceremonies. Located in Southeast Kansas, our venue has over 6000 square feet of event space and is ideal for up to 400 people. The crowning feature of our space is a large sunken wooden dance floor with mirrored ceilings and built-in sound and lighting systems. Our wedding packages include the services of four different vendors in one cost: DJ and MC, bartender, wedding coordinator, and cleaning crew. We also offer decor rentals in addition to our services.
