Ludger’s Bavarian Cakery is a local family-owned bakery, cafe, and coffeehouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We specialize in creating quality custom cakes, while also offering fresh cafe food and a full coffee menu. We are known for our Bavarian Cream Cake, which is a light blend of sponge cake and cream cheese filling, and we also offer a range of traditional cake flavors. MERRITT’S BAKERY, as you see it today, is the sum of years of trial and error, mistakes, corrections, and almost constant attempts at improving.
