Timberlee Farm also has a charming garden area and a scenic pond that serve as an outdoor ceremony location, perfect for exchanging vows under the open sky. Couples can accommodate up to 132 guests at this venue. The lush garden serves as a memorable backdrop as you say “I do” in front of your loved ones. You can then take your formal pictures around the private property. For your cocktail hour, Vizcaya Villa offers its charming, covered Lakeside Pavilion & Lounge area. Finally, you can dance the night away in their Artisan Ballroom. Expansive windows allow for scenic views of both the wooded grounds and the lake. In the year of 1762, Mr. Newberry and Mr. Thames purchased the land from Mr. Gray. In the deed, there was mention of a sawmill and grist mill on the place, but no mention of a house. In 1833 Mr. Byrne purchased the land from Mr. Newberry. At this time the house and store were on the land. Later on Mr. Byrne sold the land, and it change hands several times..." The house served as a mill home, store, and the Gray's Creek post office for many years.
