Established in 1979, our legendary catering has been enjoyed by thousands of wedding couples and their treasured guests. Proudly family owned and operated, This Little Piggy is a favorite for weddings and events throughout Minnesota and Western WI.

Since 1995, China Moon has bartended for dive bars, house parties, underground events, celebrity bashes, and fine dining establishments in NYC and the Midwest. She’s an old soul with a heart for gardening, reading, music, dancing, animals, and, when it’s safe again, putting her passport back in the rotation. She holds a degree in Hotel & Restaurant business management, was the Private Dining & Event Manager at The Edgewater Hotel from 2016-to 2018, and is a member of the Beta Beta Psi chapter of Phi Theta Kappa. China Moon is an eager reader (and dotes on Stephen King and Dean Koontz novels.) She loves aged Brugal Rum on the rocks with lime.

Burrachos® first opened its doors in 2005, and decided to combine the words ‘burrito’ and ‘nachos’ to come up with the name Burrachos. From our hot and spicy habanero salsa to our cool and creamy guacamole, we use only the freshest ingredients to make your dish right in front of you! We pride ourselves not only on caring about our guests, but also caring about our planet with the use of eco-friendly packaging at every opportunity.

Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
