Her passion for custom cakes began when she was just 13 years old, after countless years of watching cake boss and dreaming of being a baker she finally decided to give it a try. Now 10 years later from the support from her mom, family and first customers Alexa’s Pastries is still growing! Alexa was in Culinary Arts for 4 years and won a few competitions from the National Prostart Invitational program. She is both ServSafe and Food Handler Certified.
