With a maximum capacity of 180 people, Hakone Estate and Gardens offers both indoor and uncovered outdoor settings. The overall feel of the 18 acres private venue is classy and outdoorsy. Wheelchair accessible venue offers nearby parking for its guests. Event planning services are also available by Hakone Estate and Gardens to help couples plan a day that they can remember for the rest of their lives. Although the venue does not provide catering or event rentals, We do have a list of trusted preferred vendors who have years of professional experience. The long list of preferred vendors & caterers that Hakone Estate and Gardens provides range from caterers and florists to entertainment and officiants. Each of our preferred vendors have worked with Hakone Estate and Gardens before and is familiar with the venue’s policies and regulations.

Indoor ceremonies and receptions can be hosted in various locations on the property. Camp Carmel Valley offers 33 cabins, 4 houses, and bunk rooms onsite to accommodate up to 120 overnight guests. As a pet-friendly venue, you and your partner will be welcome to incorporate your four-legged companion into your events. By offering multiple-day use of the Camp, you can also incorporate "Camp Activities" like yard games, archery, swimming, tennis, and hiking into your celebration and really take advantage of spending time with your friends and family during this special time.

The Village encompasses a full-service restaurant, an organic market and bodega, and a collection of sprawling indoor and outdoor event spaces equipped for celebrations of all kinds. At The Village, guests enjoy locally sourced cuisine, sommelier curated wine lists, and craft cocktails sure to excite the spirit. Tucked away in the former Aptos Village, this lush, 10-acre park offers a breathtaking outdoor venue. The charming clubhouse and picturesque park is located between the beaches and hills of Aptos, just steps off the highway and minutes from downtown Santa Cruz. The spacious, grassy lawn is a charming location for an outdoor ceremony, and your guests will enjoy the sounds of the babbling brook that lines the park. Tall, green trees frame the lawn and surrounding area, and happy birds tweet a song just for you on your special day under a cloudless blue sky. Kennolyn has two incredible venues to chose from, Hilltop Hacienda with it's sweeping views of the Monterey Bay and lush surroundings and Stone Creek Village surrounded by towering redwoods and on site accommodations for your guests to enjoy a weekend together! We are an all inclusive venue. Our packages include catering, bar, coordination, rentals, decor and more!

Tucked away on twenty acres, Venture offers sweet ceremony spots, glamping accommodations for your guests, and plenty of room to regale and relax. There are lots of ways to stay, weekday, weekend, hosted lodging, custom configurations. OVY Camp and Event Center is a 501c3 non-profit. Each year, we open most weekends between January-May & August-December for events like weddings. Unfortunately, we do not host any weddings June - mid-August since we host our non-profit summer camp programs during that time. All rental fees help OVY Camp bring youth to summer camp that otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity!

Nestled in the heart of the town of Atherton, the Menlo Circus Club offers inviting and gracious accommodation for your wedding. The grand entrance immediately creates a sophisticated ambiance that will compliment any event. The Clubhouse seats up to 350 guests for your event. Each separate room has views of the Club's beautifully landscaped grounds. We offer private outdoor receptions overlooking one of the Bay Area's finest Polo Field and our exquisite menus have been thoughtfully selected by our amazing culinary team.
