My name is Jaslyn Elizabeth, I am a wife, mother, photographer and makeup artist. I have been doing photography since I was 15 but, it was always scenic photography. I got into taking photos for people in 2020 and have fallen in love! I am a super shy person when you first meet me so, I never knew I had what it took to take people's photos. Once I get behind that camera though, it all goes away. I absolutely love it, I love getting to go exploring with my clients and capturing their most precious memories. Being able to put your love for each other into a photo is my dream and I am lucky I get to do just that.

You will often find her documenting with her famous cook husband Ganer or many of her talented associates.

Photography is my absolute passion and it shines through my images when I capture them. I live for the authentic moments... the raw emotions of the day. The tears that fall during a first look, the last hug with your parents before you walk down the aisle, and the ear to ear smiles once you've said "I Do". Those are the moments I promise to capture! I blend candid and guided shots, giving you the freedom to move about the day to enjoy it, while never having the thought of “what should I be doing” running through your mind. You'll be able to look back on your wedding photos years from now and remember it for every emotion and person involved.

I have studied fine art photography long before I ever started taking portraits of other people and shooting weddings. Fine art photography was my beginning, creating conceptual and authentic art that spoke to me and told my story was what I started with and then I started blurring that line between fine art and documentary. I started documenting other people and their lives in the same way that I created my own work intended for shows and galleries. That is how I came to the style that I shoot now, still blending the two parts of my life.

My passion for photography and weddings began when I was very young. I staged Barbie weddings, making their dresses from Kleenex, then snuck Mom’s camera to take pictures of them. I moved on to dressing up my little sister in a pillowcase veil, again sneaking Mom’s camera. When she got tired of me using up all her film, she brought home several Bride magazines from the free pile at the library and I spent hours reading them, then pinning pages of beautiful wedding dresses on the ceiling of my bedroom. I opened my photography studio in 2009. I love working with people and making them happy with my pictures. I capture single special moments and entire stages of people’s lives, photographing all types of portraits – family, new born, maternity, fashion, business head shots, boudoir, engagement sessions, senior pictures and much more. I also shoot different events including, of course, weddings. My first professional photography job was being a second shooter at weddings, so, for me, wedding is the type of photography that I feel I was born to do. I enjoy shooting commercial and fine art photography as well.
