I like backpacking on the North Shore, dreaming up my next travel plans, and picking up a good book before I have time to finish the last one. I have two dogs that know all the commands but do whatever they want to on a regular basis, and they are my couch buddies for nights when I settle in with a glass of wine and an episode of Friends! I’m a foster parent and I’ve been riding that rollercoaster since December of 2020. My life is never boring and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

When I got married, I suddenly understood the feeling of wanting just the right photographer. You want someone you're comfortable with and can trust, not only to get the important moments, but to capture who you truly are as a couple. And that's what I love to do. I am a Tennessee-raised hillbilly who grew up raising chickens, hunting squirrels, building forts, and mowing lawns. After earning my Bachelor of Arts at Bethlehem College and Seminary in Minneapolis, MN, I have since moved home to Clarksville, TN. I have been an automotive technician for six years, a telecommunications technician for two, a barista for two, a Chick-fil-A employee for two, and a missionary in Africa for two (lots of 2's, I know). And now, I am a Realtor and Wedding Photographer.

I opened my photography studio in 2009. I love working with people and making them happy with my pictures. I capture single special moments and entire stages of people’s lives, photographing all types of portraits – family, new born, maternity, fashion, business head shots, boudoir, engagement sessions, senior pictures and much more. I also shoot different events including, of course, weddings. My first professional photography job was being a second shooter at weddings, so, for me, wedding is the type of photography that I feel I was born to do. I enjoy shooting commercial and fine art photography as well.
