A former U.S. Army combat photographer and videographer, Paul Slavonik has over 20 years of audio and video production experience. Paul has a B.S. in Audio Production from Full Sail University and is also a graduate of Baker University’s Audio Recording Engineering program. An award-winning filmmaker, Paul has filmed over 160 weddings all over DFW everywhere from chapels on the water to the home of one of the most famous Dallas Cowboys.

Our filmmaking adventure as Constantine Films began back in the beginning of 2020 but we have been passionate about filming and creating long before that. Graduating from Full Sail University with my Bachelor of Science Degree in Digital Film was one of my greatest accomplishments. I have gained over 6 years of professional videography experience, filming a variety of events such as sports games, commercials, short films, promotional videos and weddings. I fell in love with love! And now, creating dynamic wedding videos has become my favorite thing to do.

We met at a smoothie and film party in college, during which, I (Matt) let out my inner Shakespeare and screamed at Rachel from a balcony. We were married in Texas Hill country amidst close friends. Rachel forgot she needed a bouquet, but a close friend came to the rescue. We made promises to each other and then took time to pray to make promises to God about our marriage. We did without much of the traditional aspects of a wedding: no dancing, no toasts, no exchanged rings, no wedding party…you get the idea…but we did spend 3 hours with their wedding videographers. The day was perfect, because it was perfect for us.

I used to produce and plan tens of weddings in downtown West Palm at a 4-5 star venue. During covid-19 I developed my videography skills alongside fitness influencers and branding and brought my new skillset into the wedding industry and have shot my handful of weddings. A little about me: I am a Tampa Bay grown, soflo living videographer, a master's student in mental health, hold a BA in media from PBAU, and surf in my free time. I love God, people, family and friends above all.
