Hey y’all, I’m Rachael Williams! I am a certified Cottage Law in Madison, Alabama. That means that I have taken the food and safety courses and that I do all my baking out of my home kitchen. But I was not always a baker, I used to work a 9-5 in the government world and bake in my down time after my boys went to bed. In March of 2021 I was able to take that leap to become a full-time mom and baker.

Creating hand crafted macarons in a variety of both classic and unique flavors, colors and designs. We offer both packaged and display options (whether it be as a wedding favor for your guests or a grand tower display during your reception), as well as printed details to make them uniquely yours!

We started by making birthday cakes for our children and very quickly grew into all kinds of confectionary deliciousness that we love sharing we everyone! Making events and weddings more beautiful through edible art is something we take very seriously, but we also know how to have fun too!
