This is an old cotton gin built in thd 1050’s. It is very rustic, homey, & has a boho feel if decorated that way. We can hold 200 people Comfortably but we have had 300 before at a wedding. It can be dressed wag up or you can have a laid back setting.

The breed is American Saddlebred known for its confirmation and beauty. We offer a lovely courtyard beautifully lit at dusk. Also a large, well-lit indoor arena in case of bad weather. However the indoor arena is also an amazing reception or dance space. There are two stall areas perfect for rehearsal dinner or reception with horses as your added guests. The property is lush in spring and summer and offers beautiful photo opportunities as well. We have onsite parking for up to 200 guests. We also have a lovely bridal loft right across the street with ample space for the bride and those who accompany her. The loft is located above a lovely barn and has all the beauty and rustic ambiance of the primary site.
