Back in 2023, I wanted to put my passion for cooking to use, so I started a weekly meal plan service for family and friends. Each Friday, I created a new menu with two recipes—a meal and a soup—which became a big hit! As I grew, I began offering catering services, from small luncheons of 15 to weddings with 80 guests. Although I do most of the cooking myself, I get help from my mother, Heather, and my boyfriend, Alex. Initially, I had three jobs, including bartending at a local bar, which I loved. This inspired me to offer my mobile bar service, starting in March 2025.

Underdog BBQ is a local and woman-owned restaurant located in Erie, PA that has been in operation for over two years. Chemical X also offers non-denominational wedding ceremony officiant services. Our owner/operator, Elizabeth, 30, has been in the service industry for over a decade, finding her true calling as a Bartender when she migrated to Cleveland in 2015. She has competed in various cocktail competitions, became a Tales of The Cocktail alumni, acquired her TIPs, ServSafe & Bar Smarts certificates & opened Chemical X, a one stop shop for all your event needs!
