Here at Tunxis, we offer two unique wedding venues:  First is the outdoor Pavilion that you will find nestled in a pine grove.  Spring through Fall, this outdoor escape is perfect for your rustic wedding with up to 300 guests.  The second is the indoor Fireside Dining Room.  Year-round, this cozy tavern space is ideal for weddings with up to 120 guests. 

The Hinterland is a barn located in Avon CT. We have decided to take a leap of faith and restore the barn to become a beautiful, budget-friendly rustic wedding venue. Owner, Kristyn LeBarron, has been in the Bridal Industry for over 8 years as a stylist, manager, and bridal coordinator for an award-winning company. She sees the need in the industry for a wedding venue and event space that allows brides to enjoy their big day, even under all the regulations. The Hinterland is a place you can come to and have options. Partner, Patryce Cintron (bus. partner) sees the opportunity to make more room for brides and so with two great minds we bring to you The Hinterland.

The Bella Vista banquet facility is host to more than 50 weddings a year. Several on site wedding ceremonies are featured in the gallery section on this website. The Bella Vista is a glass faced facade overlooking our sprawling golf course. The cathedral, wooden ceiling room can entertain up to 220 guests. Our spacious bridal suite is located the Fairway Room and is a favorite place for many of our brides. We can even accommodate your "First Look" on the private patio. New Park offers two amazing spaces that are unparalleled in the CT area. Fondly named The Barrel Room and The Green Room, they have been lovingly restored and offer vaulted ceilings, beautiful polished concrete floors, gorgeous wood bars, and an industrial but rustic vibe. Our smaller room, The Barrel Room features views into our brew house and barrel aging vault with a seated capacity of 76. Our newer and larger space, The Green Room, features views into our Patty's pizza kitchen and has a seated capacity of 132.
