She started apprenticing at farms up and down the East coast starting in 2017, ending up at Weatherlow Farms working for Phoebe Poole. RTB is a culmination of years of hard work in luxury hospitality, and she’s now channeling her expertise into a new set of ingredients. The combination of flower farming and the attention to detail that comes with working in fine dining kitchens leads to an intimate and curated design process. Our relationships with our couples and dedication to achieving their vision is what excites us and drives us.

Our rental would include delivery/pick up to the event location, us setting it up on site with our standard decorations and getting your kegs inside tapped and flowing. We are not an alcohol distributor which means that you will need to provide your kegs and have them on site for us to set up.
