With the beauty of Lake Winnipesaukee at our doorstep, Brewster Academy offers the Pinckney Boathouse and adjacent Palazzo Field as a venue for weddings and other events. Located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the view makes Brewster a popular location for weddings. If you are planning on a smaller, intimate wedding you may choose to rent out the Pinckney Boathouse only. If you are having a larger gathering you have the option of renting the boathouse and the adjacent field. Included in your rental fee with the Pinckney Boathouse are tables and chairs. Originally built in 1909, CBC was picked up in its entirety and rolled upstream to its current location in 1947, to make room for the building of Memorial Drive. Every detail from the menu to the design is thoughtfully planned with our Director of Events, Robyn Yee. With over 15 years in the event industry she will personally oversee the planning process to ensure your wedding day is memorable. The Catalyst team strives to make every event not only special but safe as well. The restaurant is in a lab building equipped with industrial Air Handler and Exhaust Air Handler Units. Our building is fed 100% outside air through a multifilter system which include MERV 8 prefilters and MERV 15 final filters at the rooftop units. When the air hits each floor, it is filtered again through a MERV 13 filter at the floor distribution boxes. Our top priority is to ensure your safety and the safety of your guests while dining at Catalyst.
