Hello there! We’re Anne Marie Photography, and we’re a mother daughter duo based in Detroit. With our shared artistic ability, and a combined education including a bachelor’s degree in photography from the College for Creative Studies, my mother and I decided to turn our passions into a business. Being cut from the same cloth definitely has its perks! Our similar creative eye allows us to capture more than memories in photos that you and your family will adore for generations.

I’m the girl behind the camera, but before I go into the business side of things, I want to tell you a little bit about myself. I live in the beautiful state of Michigan, but I consider myself a world traveler and will go anyway to see the beauty of this earth. I love being outside, cuddling with my doggy, and binge watching Friday Night Lights (over & over again). I also have a huge obsession with white cheddar popcorn – YUM! Anyways, I love meeting new people and listening your story, so I hope that you message me so we can get to know each other and work together.

We are a REAL couple who met at one of the best photography schools in the nation where we earned additional degrees in Professional Photography: Jenny with her MFA (like PhD) in Fine Art Photography and Jason with his BFA in Commercial Photography. We've been in business for nearly 12 years and now have our studio, Consultation Office, & editing office all in South Bend, Indiana (Jenny's hometown where we now reside).

I love the outdoors and exploring nature through camping and road trips! I can get down on some nerdy board games, and love crafting with other artistic mediums. I have been photographing for over 15 years and have a passion for capturing people as naturally as possible.
