In addition to our indoor spaces, we also offer a jaw-dropping Courtyard featuring a vintage silo, waterfall, and pond and the outdoor Garden Haus barn perfect for ceremony or reception. The Garden Haus features our antique French church window suspended in front of a water fountain. With four options for event spaces, you are truly able to mix & match to create your dream day! We also offer 3 package levels to allow you to choose how much or little assistance you would like. Madewell Estates will be Lubbock's Premier event center. Located 10 minutes south of FM 1585 in New Home, Madewell Estates can host 625 occupants. With over 17,000 square feet of usable space, Madewell Estates offers a variety of spaces for your event. Whether you're wanting to host a small get together of 20, 100, or 500. A Grand Hall with a gorgeous backdrop of windows, cocktail lounge with access to an oversized patio, upstairs balconies with an patio overlooking the south side of the property and pond, a Bridal Suite or smaller event space with overlooking balcony deck of the front of the estate as well as a Grooms Suite for private gatherings.
