“Wow. Just WOW. Erin is an artist in the kitchen and a sweetheart in real life. I explained how our wedding was in an outdoor, gardeny setting and she took the theme and not just ran, but SPRINTED with it (teeny cupcakes served out of teacups?? Like, cmon now). Erin created the most gorgeous desserts I have ever seen in my life that were so exceptionally tasty as well. She is so fast to respond, so receptive and so amazingly talented. She is punctual and so reliable.
Erin took inspiration from a picture of a bouquet I also sent my florist and made it come to life on our cupcakes. From afar, I thought she found real florals to decorate the desserts with or
something. Only up close could you tell it was her carefully and gorgeously crafted work.
Her broad menu and offer to take requests made it so easy to build a well rounded menu that my husband and I, and our guests will remember for a very long time. We wound up having cupcakes, mini donuts, various cheesecakes, crumb cake and a small cutting cake. I couldn’t choose a favorite and had leftovers to enjoy for nearly a whole week following our wedding. We love you, Erin!!! Thank you for being such a big part of our wedding day.”
