“We found Arctic Valley Ski Lodge through a recommendation from my boss who is part of the ski team that frequents there. I went in thinking "we'll just check it out", but I was absolutely blown away. The venue is BEAUTIFUL, and had everything we needed and more. John was incredibly kind and helpful, he responded quickly any time we had the smallest of questions for him and the process was simple and easy to reserve our wedding day. They even have a package where they will do the ENTIRE DECORATING AND TAKE DOWN PROCESS FOR YOU. That took SO much pressure off of us. They sent us a brochure of all the decor they had available but we weren't picky and just told them 'make it pretty'. They delivered! The venue was gorgeous, the chairlift was AWESOME - they even kept it running longer than our contract stated so they could make sure everyone had a turn. They truly helped turn the wedding of our dreams into a reality. I remember my brother was really stressing me out at one point and one of the people working the chairlift (I can't remember her name right now unfortunately) told me "Just breathe, this is your day and they will wait for you". She was so kind and helped me to remember that stressing would help nothing and I should just sit back and enjoy the day. The next day when we came back to grab all the gear and anything we might have missed, they had boxed everything up for us, they had even taken down the photobooth! I could not recommend this venue enough, I truly had the best wedding I could have ever hoped for and a huge reason was because of these guys. They made it so fun and so easy. The ONLY thing I would say that is not so great is that I would highly recommend for the ladies to get ready before heading over, there wasn't a great amount of mirrors or plug-ins for hair and makeup in the dressing room. Otherwise? It was PERFECT and more than worth the money spent.”
