Our aim is to take you back to the streets of Lagos with the Jolasjollof, and if you have never been to Lagos you can enjoy what the Nigerian party Jollof tastes like. The Bomb BBQ is a small, unique BBQ catering and food trucking business serving Wichita and the surrounding areas including Conway Springs, Wellington, Derby, Augusta, Maize, Andale, Haysville, Clearwater, and Cheney just to name a few. We are made up of military members currently serving, retired military, and friends and family! Most of us are former bomb builders, hence the name THE BOMB BBQ.
