We're a historic barn, built in the 1700's. But we have all of the modern amenities! Excellent food from caring chefs and staff, bar service through us, heat & air, and these are just some of the essentials you'll expect. We have 95 acres of breath-taking views, an outdoor patio which comes with hanging decor, chandeliers and is covered with a clear tent so as not to miss the views. You'll start your day in the Carriage House which is our Bridal Suite and Groom's Quarters. This is a fabulous space for your entire wedding party to get the day started! We have three spaces for ceremonies to make sure you're covered no matter the weather. The seating for dinner in the barn is between 75-185. The seating for dinner on the patio is between 75-240.

The Snug, Pavilion and patio offer a large 4000 sq ft location with stunning backdrops of Seneca Lake and the surrounding countryside. Nestled in the grounds of our brewery and pub (Seneca Lake Brewing Company & The Beerocracy) we offer the perfect setting for your wedding or event with amazing view of Seneca Lake as a backdrop. Inside The Snug infinity windows and doors provide that indoor/outdoor feel, while full audio/visual equipment allow you to enjoy different levels of sound inside or out. New Park is a stunning and inspirational wedding venue and retreat center with several special spaces to accommodate overnight guests. One of the most distinctive historic properties in the Finger Lakes, the former White Gazebo Inn B&B, is now open for seasonal events, celebrations and Weddings! The White Gazebo is home to an original Victorian gazebo built in 1853, as well as a picturesque period barn, sprawling pastures, and quiet woodland privacy.
