The Loft @ Chandler is nestled in historic Black Rock, and features a modern industrial aesthetic, freshly brewed Thin Man beer, and delicious food by Tappo Pizza, made on site in our dedicated events kitchen. An outdoor ceremony location is available - a cool community courtyard, surrounded by red brick buildings, and home to vibrant mural artistry. It is just across the street from the Loft. We rent chairs for this space at $4 per chair, and there is a $150 site fee for the courtyard. If your group is under a certain size (appox. 80 ppl), you may marry in the Loft space itself. Winter weddings may marry in the loft, with a small amount of chairs and standing room for ceremony.

Butler's Grand Ballroom at Cornerstone Commons is located in downtown Butler, PA. It resides in a century old building that was originally designed by Thayer Architects of New Castle. Construction on the building was completed in early 1906. Upon arriving at Butler's Grand Ballroom, a golden elevator ride will transport you to third floor where elegance surrounds you with a timeless design of days gone by. Sixteen foot high coffered ceilings with gold egg and dart moldings, ten foot tall windows with oak trim and Williamsburg brass chandeliers provide a fairytale setting for your intimate wedding. The timber frame barn was built in 1905. It is 3,300 square feet and can comfortably seats 200 guests, with plenty of room for dinner and dancing. The surrounding farmland offers stunning views and sunsets.
