The Cypress House is a Federal-style home constructed in 1835. Our property resides on 24 acres, along the bank of the Susquehanna River. In 1987, our family dedicated their hearts and hands to restoring the property to it's original glory. The estate features a stone barn dating back to 1817 and meticulously kept colonial gardens bursting with boxwood, magnolias, and garden roses. We are family owned and operated. When you choose to get married here, your wedding day is cared for and celebrated like you’re a part of our family. We specialize in outdoor, garden-side weddings, stunning candle lit receptions in our wood-grain pole tent, and the most talented in-house Floral and Design team. When you book with The Cypress House, you will also get to work with on of our Cypress Coordinators to ensure your planning process and wedding day are flawlessly executed.

The Appletree Terrace is a family owned business serving the wedding industry since 1993. Located at Newberry Estates in Dallas, Pennsylvania, we are able to accommodate up to 200 people on site or more off premise at your wedding venue. We provide top notch customer service for your function and the most delicious food. Our packages include food & beverages, standard linens, chairs & tables, wedding cake and more.
