We started this business many years ago with not much more than guts and the desire to build our own destiny. We worked long, hard hours, had second jobs and spent many a sleepless night. I sold the parties, and then we’d go in a rented kitchen and make it happen. Luckily those days are far behind us as we have been very blessed, but some things have never changed. Primrose Cottage, a quaint name that is seemingly deceptive, has enchanted visitors with its presence in charming, historic Roswell since 1839. Roswell King lovingly built the home for his daughter. The wedding venue itself is large in size, but offers a very intimate setting, perfect for your spring or summer wedding. Nestled on the edge of a stately front lawn, the three-story home and ballroom are hidden from outside view. Primrose Cottage possesses secret enchanting gardens, luring its guests to a quest of discovery.

Flint Hill is a gorgeous mansion situated on a quiet lawn in Norcross, Georgia. Just minutes from Atlanta, you will find this historic home abounding with character. It's perfect for your spring or summer wedding. From the original flooring, doors, and mantels, to the beautiful large wooden bar, this wedding venue in Atlanta is a step back in time.

The Atrium is hidden away in downtown, historic Norcross. A step off the sidewalk behind a vine-covered iron gate, a secret garden awaits discovery for the perfect spring and summer wedding venue. Each spring, full-grown lilac azaleas scent the air with their sweetness, followed by a shower of tiny white confederate jasmine blooms spilling over the gazebo's filigree dome. Summer brings daylilies, gardenias, and fluffy blossoms of mophead hydrangeas mixed in with repeat-blooming impatiens and hybrid roses.

Looking for the perfect place to relax, enjoy, and cherish your special wedding day? The Carlyle House in Historic Downtown Norcross provides the perfect indoor or outdoor wedding venue. Our outdoor terrace can give you the perfect setting for a winter, spring, summer, or fall wedding. This space truly allows us to serve as an outdoor wedding venue in which you can hold your reception, seating, and bar both inside and outside.

Located at 3687 Briarcliff Road NE, Atlanta, this incredible home is a great venue for a movie or TV set or special events. While the interior of the property doesn’t reflect the layout of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, it does contain a few replicas. There is an Oval Office, with a desk similar to the President and a replica of Lincoln’s bedroom, with a copy of the Emancipation Proclamation on the wall. However, there are some major differences, including a large swimming pool at the back of the property.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

Autrey Mill Nature Preserve is 46 Acres of forested woodland trails, ravines, gardens and historic buildings. We provide a unique setting for weddings, receptions, anniversary celebrations, and more! The arrangement of our historic buildings forms a small historic village for a charming wedding venue. You can have your ceremony in the old Warsaw Church or under the canopy of the forest on the Amphitheatre and host your reception just a short stroll away in the Summerour House or Pole Barn. Rental fees are used for the continuing preservation of Autrey Mill’s natural environment and history, to provide educational programming, and to operate the preserve.
