Established in 1969, the 50-acre parcel in Brunswick with nothing more than an old barn and a dream. The barn, originally built in 1869, became the foundation for a Ski Lodge, but would ultimately become the event center that it is today. Although many updates and renovations have taken place over the last 50 years the original barn remains intact, and its beams are still visible in the hall. Over the years Skyview Lodge has held countless events. The building was renovated again in 2001 to expand its capacity and continue building upon the success of the hall rentals. The Oaks Lakeside is a turn-of-the-century Estate with a backdrop of the gorgeous Chippewa Lake. Our waterfront venue offers Restaurant and Event Facilities to couples seeking a unique, one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Couples can welcome up to 200 guests to their Celebration. The circular waterfront Pagoda hosts romantic ceremonies with the lake as the backdrop. Our private Event Facility has two floors, windows along the back of the room that overlooks the lake, and lush gardens along with a covered terrace that serves as the perfect location for your cocktail hour and mingling. Our Estate can host other events for couples, such as Bridal Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, and Birthday Parties.

We are all-inclusive wedding venue. With our in-house catering we do not charge hall rental fee. You just pay for catering only. We offer 6 hours reception and additional hour for the ceremony. (7 hours total). We offer In-house catering, DJ, Photography, Decorations, and much more. We can hose up to 300 people and large parking.

Five fun facts about the Lake Erie Building: 1. We were originally built to be Templar Motors back in 1917. There were less than 3,000 of these cars ever manufactured and if you look carefully, you may even be able to spot one while in the event space! 2. Omni Lakewood purchased the building in 2005 and now manages the building, which has been divided into individual suites that are home to over 100 businesses. 3. The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. We host only one event per weekend and give our clients access beginning on Wednesday so they can bring in all their personal touches! We also only require cards and gifts go with them that night and everything else can stay giving you more time to spend with your new spouse! 5. We include a private parking lot and have a huge municipal lot across the street that's available to guests. (If you know of Lakewood, you know parking is a hot commodity)

Chauncey and Cleopatra Case settled in Hudson in 1814 and the Case Barlow Farm was a family run farm until 1995. We are a nonprofit organization focused on preserving the farm and engaging the community to learn about and enjoy the farm. Our venue consists of 4.2 acre grounds and a large "Big Red" restored bank barn. We've installed a beautiful new floor, modern restrooms and a catering area. The farmhouse was built in 1831 and is available for the bridal party to use prior to the event. 100 gold Chiavari chairs with cushions and 15 5 foot round tables are include in the rental fee. We are building a 5' wide brick walkway up the the barn entrance with a patio and firepit for a great outdoor experience. Our Gardens, Orchard and outbuildings present great photo opportunities.
