We specialize in craft barbecue with a gourmet twist, featuring the world’s most tender smoked oxtails, melt-in-your-mouth brisket, juicy smoked chicken, brisket tacos —all paired with our legendary sauces. We offer catering with a choice of station-style service with pre-portioned servings or a buffet. Enjoy a special rate of $50 per person for 100+ guests or $75 per person with a 50-guest minimum. Our customizable menu allows you to create the perfect meal for your wedding vision.

Back in 2023, I wanted to put my passion for cooking to use, so I started a weekly meal plan service for family and friends. Each Friday, I created a new menu with two recipes—a meal and a soup—which became a big hit! As I grew, I began offering catering services, from small luncheons of 15 to weddings with 80 guests. Although I do most of the cooking myself, I get help from my mother, Heather, and my boyfriend, Alex. Initially, I had three jobs, including bartending at a local bar, which I loved. This inspired me to offer my mobile bar service, starting in March 2025.

At Chemical X, we serve up cocktails with intention, delicious dinners that hits the spot, thorough planning & anything else you might need for your big day! Chemical X also offers non-denominational wedding ceremony officiant services. Our owner/operator, Elizabeth, 30, has been in the service industry for over a decade, finding her true calling as a Bartender when she migrated to Cleveland in 2015. She has competed in various cocktail competitions, became a Tales of The Cocktail alumni, acquired her TIPs, ServSafe & Bar Smarts certificates & opened Chemical X, a one stop shop for all your event needs!
