Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those. Facilities and Capacity: The facility recently renovated the office, lobby, bridal suite, chapel suite, & bathrooms in January 2024! The lobby now features a sleek, marble fireplace & a grand chandelier & seating for guests to utilize. Banquet rooms have high ceilings, solid oak bars, open space for seating & large dance floors. Outside there's a large carport with a landscaped rock garden & fountain. There is also an outdoor patio with a white arbor for ceremonies, & in 2020 the stunning Three Seasons Covered Chapel was added! Services Offered: Make your wedding vision a reality with the many packages available to meet your needs & budget! You can customize your wedding package with linens, chair covers, centerpieces, drapery & more. Cuisine: The on-site kitchen provides food for every event, along with bar service. There are buffet, family style & plated options along with menu additions & beverage packages!
