I’ve worked for years in hospitality and now I get share my love of cooking on a more personal level, creating custom meals for families and friends to enjoy together. Welcome! I'm Chef Sakinah. I have worked in the food and beverage industry professionally for nearly a decade and counting. Throughout my career, I've worked in various restaurants across New Jersey, New York City, Florida, North Carolina, and California. With this exposure, I've learned many different styles, cuisines, and techniques of cooking, and from many executive head chefs. Managing and handling all facets of the kitchen, is also my expertise. Graduating from one of the top Culinary Arts Schools in the United States, I earned my A.A.S Degree in Culinary Arts, and Serv Safe/State Food Safety Certificate.

My name is Saleshia Staton and Splash by Sas and I originated out of North Carolina. Started as something small with helping out with events here and there and I wanted to perfect my craft. I started booking events and working on how to be a better event planner, mixologist, caterer, decorator, etc. etc. all of the above to make sure my clients are receiving the best services and the best and high quality that they are looking for.
