I knew then culinary was my path. Years later, I finally followed my heart and quit my management job to completed culinary arts school. I started 1101 Southern Kitchen a few years ago offering corporate catering throughout the city. In 2019, I took leap and entered the world of wedding catering. The concept of Oceanique began aside the cool, clear waters of Barbados in 1995. Darlene was already actively marketing Barbados as a destination and offering destination event services.
