The Best BBQ Wedding Catering in Craigsville, WV

“From our first interaction, the team at Silver Spoon Catering, including Chef Mark and Amy, put us at ease and made us feel like our wedding day was something truly special to them. Their communication was perfect - fast, friendly, and incredibly accommodating as we navigated various dietary needs for our guests. The quality of their work was simply breathtaking. The food they prepared and artistically displayed was mouthwatering, professional, and exceeded all of our expectations. We had several guests who were plant-based, gluten-free, or dairy-free, and even one with a nut allergy, and Silver Spoon crafted unique, elevated accommodations for each of them so they felt valued and their needs were met. We keep looking for excuses to have Silver Spoon cater another event - their personal chef experience is one we can't wait to enjoy all over again. Our guests are still raving about the food, especially the homemade vital wheat gluten roulade with butternut squash velouté that Chef Mark prepared just for our plant-based guests. Even our meat-loving Uncle Carl thought it was delicious!”

“Stacy and her daughter were amazing! The food was delicious and the cake was infamous! They helped set up the tables with my centerpieces while we were getting ready, had an amazing presentation and kept everything well stocked. The chocolate fountain was a huge hit with the kiddos! We will definitely use them again in the future!”
