My name is Taylor — I’m a husband, father, teacher, ocean lover, and videographer / editor based out of CT and Cape Cod. I’ve been passionate about photography for as long as I can remember, and deep down I’ve always felt that capturing moments was in some way my calling. A few years ago I began to realize that photographs — even the most compelling ones — are not able to tell an entire story. They provide a powerful glimpse, frozen in time, but even the best photographs are unable to preserve memories and emotions the way that films can.

A wedding is one of the best days of your life, and it is truly an honor to capture these precious moments. My style is organic & unobtrusive, placing a high emphasis on the experience of you & your guests (no one wants a videographer standing right in front of them during the toasts!) When i was young, my dream was to be a filmmaker and musician. The art of visual storytelling was captivating to me. When the right image, message, and music collide, it’s pure magic. After high school i moved across the country to pursue a music career. 4 albums, 13 countries, and 100’s of shows later i found myself wanting to be behind the camera, rather than in front. Filmmaking gave me the chance to express myself, while capturing once in a lifetime moments. I had once again fallen in love with storytelling. It’s never JUST a photo or video clip. It’s real people, real emotion, seen through a perspective that otherwise wouldn’t exist.

I'm 22, I live in Willimantic, CT in a converted firehouse with my partner Tylor & our dog Maple, and I love a lot of things haha. When I'm not behind the camera, I am swing dancing, painting, playing piano, cooking, hiking with Tylor and Maple, or editing your photos & videos! Hi! I’m Ashley Marinelli, a professional dancer who originally started making films after performing in movies and music videos. My father always encouraged me to pursue my passion for film, and when he passed in 2014, I started Marinelli Moving Pictures, a video production company with his name (and mine) on the masthead. A decade later, what started as a side jobs between dance gigs has turned into a full fledged business. Turns out I'm even happier behind the camera than in front of it!

After nearly a decade of freelancing as a wedding cinematographer and photographer, I’m excited to have opened my own studio, dedicated to capturing love stories. While I originally came to the U.S. in 2015 for a Master’s in International Business, I discovered my true passion for documenting life’s most special moments. Weddings are about more than just beautiful shots—they’re about preserving raw, candid emotions. My goal is to capture moments you’ll cherish forever, so you can relive your wedding day for years to come.

At 11 years old I made a short film with a VHS camera, and have been filming things ever since. I love being behind a camera, viewing the world through a variety of lenses, and am always striving for new inspired ways to film. I am a director, editor, and cinematographer, who has filmed over 600 weddings, and produced content for companies like Mott, Boston College, WB Mason, Big Orange Productions, YPO and the State of RI, among many others. When not making creative videos, I love eating Mexican food, watching movies, and playing with my dogs. I also volunteer and foster for Rhode Home Rescue, a non-profit animal rescue.

We are husband + wife, best friends, business partners, and passionate wedding & elopement filmmakers. We are both from Massachusetts, but settled into our first home over the border in Rhode Island! We strive to create films for down-to-earth couples who are head-over-heels in love with each other!

Years ago, weddings were my passion. There was nothing more fun than capturing one of most amazing days of someone's life for them to replay for years to come. It was time to revisit the passion to help others capture one of the single most beautiful days of their lives. In full disclosure, I am still somewhat learning and like to reflect that in my pricing. Although, I am re-learning the skills I had years ago the quality, care, and love in capturing your day will not be compromised. I am beyond excited to work with couples uniting to make sure they can revisit the big moments, funny moments, little moments and everything in between.

Our style of videography is very candid. We find that getting those candid shots of the day unfolding and putting them all together is what we like best. You generally will not see fast paced speed ramps' or all slow motion. Our editing style is 'real time' - we like to be as classic as we possibly can to create a film that will always be 'in style'. We look forward to the possibility of working together and getting to know one another a little more!
