“Ferah Catering & Events provided exceptional service for our wedding day. Stephanie & Chef Burak was a delight to work with - professional, responsive, and attentive to all our needs. Chef Burak went above and beyond, customizing a fusion menu that artfully incorporated both my husband's African American heritage and my Vietnamese background. He also thoughtfully created special meals for our young guests and vegan friends. The food was simply sublime - 5-star dining with exquisite, fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Stephanie and Chef Burak made sure we were well-fed and cared for throughout the celebrations - from cocktail hour bites delivered to our bridal suite, to perfectly plated dinner courses for the bride & groom (we hosted a buffet style) to keeping our drinks refreshed. They also offered cake cutting services and toile care of cleaning up after dinner. We had plenty of left overs that was delicious the day after. Our guests made sure to tell us “this is the best wedding food we’ve had in a while!” We couldn't recommend Ferah more highly for making our wedding meal so special and memorable.”
