Born in Washington, D.C. and raised by the world, Eli Lev is a traveler, self-proclaimed folk hero, and a passionate musician Eli performs as a solo artist and now with his new band, The Fortunes Found – featuring the powerful rhythms of DC all-star drummer Michael Miraglia; big bass tones of wunderkind bassist Bojan Novevski from Macedonia, and mandolin player Corey Thuro from Baltimore who maintains a folk grounding while exploring the brave tones afforded to him by his expansive pedalboard.

Founded in 2010 by bassist, Daniel Gallagher and Guitarist Josh Earls; Chasing Autumn started out under the name “Sullivan”. Sullivan played acoustic duet style songs and quickly moved on to more elaborate songs, adding vocals and more instruments. In 2013, preceding the release of their 3rd album “Northern Lights” the band saw the addition of singer, Logan Harpine. With this lineup, the band released two more albums, a Folk influenced EP titled “It’s Alright”, and an extensive 19 song full album titled “New Beginnings”.

Rock X is a live karaoke & cover band that performs all over the Northern VA, D.C., and Maryland areas. Cristian has performed with many of the best musicians in the Washington DC area (i.e.: Victor Provost, Joe McCarthy, John Kocur, Emmanuel Trifilio, etc.) and played at some of the top venues in the Metropolitan area, such as Blues Alley, Kennedy Center Millennium Stage, Bohemian Caverns, Bethesda Blues & Jazz Supper Club, and Twins Jazz. Cristian has performed in Canada and Dominican Republic, and in 2011, he performed as part of the GMU Jazz Ensemble in Shanghai and Beijing. Recently, Cristian has toured Bolivia and Korea.

Hi, my name is DJ Roscoe but I am also known as DJ Chop! I am from Southern Maryland and started DJ’ing about 5 years ago. Since I have begun, I have performed at all kinds of events all over the DC, MD, and VA area. Grant Kuhnsman, who performs as DJ ARIA, is a critically acclaimed, award-winning DJ from Washington, DC. He began creating mixtapes and curating his music collection at a young age. By his teenage years, he was introduced to the turntable and learned how to beatmatch by ear with vinyl. Since then he has sharpened his skills and proven himself as a bona fide Open Format DJ that has performed at numerous venues across DC, Maryland, and Virginia (The DMV) logging over 500 wedding receptions, corporate events and private parties in his career.

Meredith Seidel has become one of the most sought-after performing artists in the greater Washington-Baltimore region. Following an early stint in Hollywood during which she was featured in a national commercial, and after a string of similar experiences-including being offered a spot at the prestigious American Academy of Arts in New York- she returned to Maryland to focus on her love of music and her musical career and to accept a position as lead singer in the popular band “High Society.”

A vivacious, energetic, soulful band with roots in Funk, R&B, Soul, and Jazz. This group is guaranteed to get you out of your seat and dance! Soultet have been full time touring musicians for almost eight years, having performed all over the country. Monikais a professional harpist in Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia where she is in demand as a performer and teacher. Current teaching appointments include the Levine School of Music, and the Concord Hill School. She maintains a private harp studio in her home and directs the Maryland Classic Youth Harp Ensemble at Strathmore Hall. Monika is a regular coach for the Maryland Classic Youth Orchestras and Young Artists of America, also at Strathmore. She serves on the board of directors at Young Artists of America.

My main goal is to share, document and preserve! What I wouldn’t do now to have a video of my grandparents on their farm, harvesting chile and watermelon on their horse-pulled wagon or family members as children! We all wish to have these beautiful keepsakes so, that is exactly what I am doing today; preserving these wonderful events for current and future generations to enjoy!

Kristen is a graduate of the California Institute of the Arts with a BFA in Harp Performance with a Voice Minor. She has toured nationally with the New Christy Minstrels, and played with such names as Ray Charles, Tony Bennet, Victor Borge and Shirley Jones.

Harp music adds a touch of sophistication to any event. With years of experience performing for hundreds of weddings, parties and other special events, Melissa caters to your musical wishes to provide the lavish and elegant atmosphere you've been dreaming about for your special day. Melissa can perform in a variety of settings as a soloist or with duos, trios and other ensembles. She has performed for countless events in the Washington DC area.

Jeff Hayes has been playing the piano in the metropolitan Washington DC area since the 1980s. He has played solo piano at the area’s finest hotels and clubs. Jeff has played for conventions, fundraisers, and every type of celebration imaginable. Jeff’s repertoire runs the gamut from classical and movie themes to current popular hits. “From Fauré to Fallout Boy” as he likes to say. In addition to his solo work, Jeff is a fine accompanist and works with classical and pop singers and musical theatre groups. He currently accompanies the Sapphires, Bethesda Little Theatre, and Mini-Musicals on the Move.

Louis Jones is professional, experienced, and a versatile musician whose repertoire embraces different genres including jazz standards, pop ballads, funk/soul, latin, and modern tunes adapted to his unique style. He is available for corporate and private functions, birthday parties, weddings, special occasions, and receptions.

Growing up in Houston, Texas and being surrounded by the vast flavors of authentic Vietnamese food both from local eateries and in our own home kitchen, we love to eat. THE HALL PROJECT has been years in the making. John Dixon Hall, Jr. has been playing in the Baltimore/DC music scene since he was 15 years old. His grandmother and his musical idol Stevie Wonder, were the catalyst for him to pick up the piano. His father, who was also an amazing drummer, exposed him to everything from Billy Joel to Ray Charles. Most recently, he has found a new love in New Orleans style piano. With the help of his good friends and GREAT musicians, Barry Sherard, Marcin “Samba” Otrebski and John Nichols, his vision has come to life in THE HALL PROJECT!

Quentin is an active composer, pianist, and music educator in the Washington DC area. He composes for piano and his jazz combo, blending memorable melodies and striking rhythms with adventurous improvisations. Quentin just released his new single, “Pipe Smoke”. Recorded with his trio, the song and improvisation captures Quentin’s dynamic writing and playing style. As music and jazz educator, Quentin spreads the joy of learning and playing music to individuals of all ages.

Chris Stiles is an international musician with over 20 years of experience performing in the US and Asia. Originally from Phoenix, AZ, he arrived on the Washington, DC music scene in early 2018 and has quickly become a valued member of the musical community. Through the years, he has had the privilege of performing with a number of renown artists, including the legendary r&b group The Temptations.

Russ is a violinist and guitarist who lives in Montgomery Village, Maryland. He’s been there for ten years, and enjoys the vibrant cultural scene that comes with living in the DC metropolitan area. A graduate of the Berklee College of Music, he performs a diverse of musical styles including classical, jazz, pop, folk , and bluegrass. He has performed as a freelance violinist with several different ensembles in the area including the Umoja Quartet and the Soulful Symphony which featured performances with Wynton Marsalis, Donnie Mcclurkin, Donald Lawrence, Ledisi, Ruben Studdard, and Vanessa Bell Armstrong among others.

From the elegant sounds of a classical quartet at a wedding ceremony, to a cocktail hour, enhanced by a percussionist, Potomac Pop Strings group makes it easy to entertain your guests with this classy vibe. Rockville Strings are available for private and public events including: weddings, concerts, cocktail hours, birthday parties and other special occasions. Their set list includes traditional classical, our takes on modern pop – rock – electronic music, as well as original Rockville Strings compositions.

Downtown Pop Quartet was founded with the goal of creating a professional group that performs in diverse venues with a broad repertoire spanning classical to pop and jazz. It includes professional musicians who play with leading orchestras and ensembles throughout the Washington DC area. Erik has been freelancing as a chamber musician in the MD/DC/VA area for the last 10 years, performing 90-100 events a year. Kat has performed with numerous ensembles as a freelance musician throughout the DC area, and has been a member of the Maryland Symphony Orchestra since 2003.

Fred is a fixture on the Washington music scene for 25 years, is an experienced, successful and diverse cellist, who is dependable and easy to work with. He has mastered classical, jazz, rock, blues, Celtic and pop styles, and has delighted audiences all over the country. Locally, he has played the Kennedy Center, Wolf Trap, Birchmere, Ram’s Head, Blues Alley, Twins Lounge, and The State Theater, just to mention a few. He is a true cross over artist as a cellist. He has played numerous wedding parties, recitals and other gigs, both as a soloist, and with every possible music combination, from string quartets to jazz combos to rock bands.

Tim Thulson is a veteran of the DC freelance scene, in high demand as a cellist both at home and abroad. Tours have included Japan, England, Germany, and the Middle East. As an orchestral musician, Tim’s engagements include principal cello for DC’s unconducted Ars Nova Chamber Orchestra, as well as frequent appearances with the contemporary-focused Great Noise Ensemble. As a soloist, Tim premiered Iordanishvili’s “Character” for the Atlas Emerging Composer’s forum. But Tim’s key musical passion is for chamber music, and he has been privileged to perform and record with a variety of Washington’s best small ensembles.

Currently hailing from our Nation’s Capital, Billy “T” Wilde is an American live performing, singer / songwriter. With just his guitar and thundering voice, Billy performs both a stripped down yet high energy one-man-band act, as well as a duo, Blues, Pop / Rock group along with his percussionist. He is part of a growing trend of looping artist’s that are able to use a looping pedal to layer musical harmonies to reproduce the sound, feel and energy of a full band

Christine is an active performer. As a soloist, she has performed in concerts at the Kennedy Center, Strathmore Hall, Dumbarton House, the Gallery at The Ellipse, and various Embassies in Washington, among other venues. Christine is an experienced educator. An alumna of the Inspired Teaching Institute, she teaches at Sidwell Friends School, and at Fillmore Arts Center in Washington, DC and is Washington Performing Arts teaching artist for the Capitol Strings program.

JB & THE SHOWMANCE BAND is a Jazz & Vintage Band covering all the classic music of a bygone era and bringing Old Hollywood back to life. The band exists to preserve the tradition of music from ages past. Guitarist Tyler first fell in love with the guitar at age twelve. Though he spent time teaching himself, Tyler has been fortunate to study with many of the best teachers available. His first teacher, Roger Farwell, taught him the importance of technique and posture, along with other concepts like sight-reading and music theory. After developing a solid foundation with Roger, Tyler began studying with Damon Foreman in order to pursue Jazz. While studying Jazz, Tyler has also been able to work with Jeff Antoniak; Steve Rochinski, head of Berklee’s harmony department; Kenny Rittenhouse; Mike Pope, and many others.
