Karrikin Spirits Company is a Cincinnati based craft distillery and event space in Fairfax, committed to exploring our love of flavors with the community. By definition, karrikins are the elements found in the smoke from a forest fire that trigger the regeneration of that forest. In the centuries since Whiskey Hollow was settled, those karrikins have been at work to bring distilling back to this very location on Cincinnati’s east side. In Spring of 2017, seven founding members with experience in brewing & distilling, woodworking, design, and more came together to purchase a building formerly occupied by Swallen’s and later, DnD Metal to start a journey of flavor and fire. From there, Karrikin Spirits Company was formed — a full-service, grain to glass distillery producing handcrafted spirits, sparkling spirits, non-alcoholic sodas, and beer.

The 9-hole Sunblest Golf Course existed from the beginning of time until 1989. The current 18 hole facility of River Glen has been in existence since 1990 and shall remain till the end of time. A more detailed history and study of River Glen is currently being conducted by the Flowers anthropology group. Findings will be posted as discoveries are made. River Glen Country Club, located along the White River just minutes north of Indianapolis in Fishers, is an excellent facility to host your next event. Historic Locust Grove is a National Historic Landmark as well as an accredited museum on the Lewis & Clark National Historic Trail and a unique example of early Kentucky architecture, craftsmanship, and history. It's an unusual but refreshing setting for any event! We will make every effort to accommodate your needs for setup and starting times, taking into consideration the needs of the historic site.

Our venue is seated on 65 beautiful and secluded acres. We have three ponds, alpacas, goats, and beautiful forestry. We are able to set up your wedding in many different locations on the property to tailor it to your specific style. We also include packages that offer photography with the livestock.

Our expansive property, over 1,000 acres of hills and valleys in beautiful Brown County, offers several unique locations for your bachelor or bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner, wedding, wedding reception, and post-wedding adventures. We work closely with you, helping to create memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. This is an elegant country wedding venue, perfect for any bride. The beauty of The Loft At Walnut Hill Farm, LLC. is that in one location, couples may host both an indoor or outdoor ceremony followed by a reception. The venue has a Dutch Hoop Barn with a walk-in loft that’s nice for a ceremony or reception. The cottage doubles as a home base for the bridal party on the wedding day (to get ready or hang out a bit) as well as a place for the couple to stay the night of the wedding. The climate-controlled Loft has a deck overlooking the pavilion and surroundings. The pavilion may accommodate up to 250, and it has a climate-controlled kitchen. There are additional outdoor settings to consider for outdoor weddings, both as the location and as a photo backdrop.

Jones Crossing is a family owned business that started in 2007. We host indoor and outdoor ceremonies and indoor receptions. We have our own catering company, Grafton Peek Catering, that has been with us for 16 years. Every event is a custom event at Jones Crossing. The 1859 is a wedding venue situated in the heart of Historic, Loveland, Ohio. Originally built by Henry Woolery in 1930, Woolery Mill has been transformed into an industrial chic venue with modern amenities. Designated a National Historic Landmark in 2002, the mill is a former A.J. Woolery & Sons quarry with a variety of buildings, structures, and objects originally used for limestone production. The mill shut down production in 1996 and the property has been vacant since. Woolery Mill offers one the most inclusive and unique wedding experiences in southern Indiana all while maintaining the highest standards. The newly renovated architectural genius boasts soaring ceilings, massive exposed beams and an incredible amount of natural light. Sitting on the historic registry at 76,000 square feet, WM includes exclusive rental of the facility and grounds, multiple outdoor spaces for on site ceremonies, bridal lounges for both parties, plenty of picturesque spots to sneak away with your photographer to as well as countless conveniences and additional amenities.

Most commonly, BASH is used for either a ceremony or reception, but we welcome its use for both. We recommend hiring an event planner however they are not required but can be helpful in planning the ideal solution for your event. Venue Staff will set, chairs, tables, and table linens however you are responsible for setting all additional decor not purchased through venue and ensuring that the venue is left free of food and returned to its original condition upon the conclusion of your event. As an open vendor venue, you are welcome to supply your own alcohol and select your own catering providers, we provide a bartender when serving alcohol at weddings to ensure responsible consumption.

This is a working farm, with many animals. We have a mix of very old (log house and tobacco barn) with a new kitchen area and restrooms, on public water and sewer. The unique and picturesque country setting is just 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. There is a circa 1800’s barn with exposed post and beam construction, a historic log cabin, a newly constructed Sugar Shack with modern men’s and women’s restrooms, a kitchen, a bar area and a small dining hall. The beautiful large lawn areas are adjacent to the buildings and are appropriate for use as an outdoor ceremony site. We even have a portable white wedding arbor ready to decorate.
