Built by Clem Studebaker from 1886 - 1889, the Tippecanoe Place mansion has a rich and colorful history. The star venue of the St. Joe Farm destination is the stunning Event Barn. Dine and dance under the chandeliers and twinkling lights in air-conditioned comfort. Finish the night on the large decks or under a starlit sky and cherish a lifetime of beautiful memories. The St. Joe Farm has the capacity for up to 325 guests in the Event Barn, however there are multiple spaces available.

The barn is a unique and rustic venue that sits in the middle of 200 acres of Christmas Tree Farm and wooded area. Our Bar/Kitchen, Food Court, Bridal Suite, Open Patio and Restrooms make up our ‘little village type area’.
