Welcome to One Under Banquet Venue. We are a family-owned restaurant, bar, and banquet facility located in Livonia, Michigan. We are conveniently located on Five Mile Road, just east of Levan, in front of the Idyl Wyld Golf Course. We are easily accessible from I-275 or I-96 and located near many hotels and shopping. We are a full service banquet hall, specializing in weddings, showers, birthday parties and more. Our venue provides the best of both worlds, our lower level has a modern, energetic feel while our upper level provides an elegant space that is perfect for weddings.

The Meridian is a wedding venue located in Farmington, Michigan. With an expansive interior, it offers a range of versatile spaces that can accommodate both grand ceremonies and receptions. Centrally located near local highways and hotels, it's a convenient and elegant setting for your special day.

We want your wedding day to be as relaxed and enjoyable as possible! We believe that having every part of your wedding at one location is a huge part of making it just that. Holland Gardens provides a refined and simple space for you to have the wedding of your dreams.

The Loft at J Studio provides a customized full-service event space for a variety of social events. The venue is perfect for weddings and intimate functions. The Loft at J Studio is located in the heart of metro Detroit. The venue is versatile and functional and clients have control over every detail of their event at The Loft. Every celebration feels intimate as the space is customized to match the exact vision and needs of the client.

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those. Situated on seven acres of woods and gardens in Oakland County, Michigan, our 1853 registered historic wedding chapel (and meeting house), is the oldest church building in Farmington Michigan, and offers an intimate and peaceful setting for your most important life events. Surrounded by woods and gardens, our building sits in a pastoral setting that is conveniently close to urban amenities. With seating for up to 200 guests, our charming, New England-style meeting house provides a warm space for your most special day. Our gathering hall has space for smaller wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal or baby showers, with seating up to 74 people.
