A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch. This historic venue was built in 1885. Features include original hard wood floors, several exposed brick walls, chandelier lit ballroom, and magnolia shaded garden. Couples can choose from an indoor or outdoor ceremony. Couples can plan it all themselves or choose our inclusive wedding packages.
