Several years ago we had purchased some property with a run-down old barn on it. As we restored the old barn we had several people ask if they could rent it for their upcoming wedding. The barn had no bathrooms, no parking, and a dirt floor - so we graciously declined but the seed had been planted. We love building + design, we’re dreamers at heart, and we genuinely love people and their stories. After leaving our daily jobs in ministry we ventured out to find the perfect 20 acres to build our dream on. Built from the ground up, designed with you and your families in mind, and always with the thought in the back of our minds, “We want to be more than just a wedding venue.”

From the age of five, I've always had a camera in my hand and a passion for capturing life's little moments. As I grew up I began to develop my skills and dive deep into the photography universe. In high school, I had the opportunity to work for the yearbook, then start my own photography business. I love making you look good and recording those memories you'll cherish! Woodsy Floral started by accident believe it or not. Flowers have always been a part of my husband and I’s marriage. Every Friday or every other Friday my husband, Lonnie would go get fresh stems from the floral shop down the road from our house. With crazy looks he grabbed them. This turned into me making arrangements for our events. When some of our friends saw these floral arrangements, they asked if we could make more for their events. We had one friend that owns a wedding venue, she brought up becoming a vendor for her brides. Well after a little bit of pressuring from Lonnie, we attended her open house as a floral vendor and LOVED IT.
