Cal Aero Events

5.0

Chino, CA

We wanted something not super traditional - no ballrooms or community centers, something that wow'd our guests as just being unlike something they've been to and Cal Aero was it. From the second we went there my husband was like this is the place. He doesn't really care too much and would just give a standard "yeah that's nice" but this was the place he actually seemed excited about so we sealed the deal right then and there. Karen was always super responsive and quick to answer any questions during our 10 months of planning. It's such an affordable venue and I loved that you are able to bring in all of your own vendors. We brought in our own bartender team where we got to supply the alcohol, and we had a food truck there for our meal. They had a handful of staff there the whole night to check on bathrooms, empty trash cans, and just make sure the venue was in good shape. They are also there to move chairs from the ceremony if needed, take down tables and chairs, really was a great experience and I would recommend this venue for so many events - not just weddings. People have been raving about our venue since and I'm so happy we decided to do our wedding there.

    Villa De Amore

    5.0

    Temecula, CA

Villa de Amore was an absolute dream to both work with and create the wedding we have always dreamed of. The Villa de Amore (VDA) team is extremely easy to work with and provides set schedules and dates to assist with planning the wedding to perfection. During our wedding planning, both my husband and I underwent major career changes where it was extremely difficult to plan things. The VDA team made the process a breeze by giving us flexible dates or even last minute appointments for design, catering, and even floral. They were always just a phone call away and were accommodating to both of our chaotic schedules (firefighter & nurse). I cannot thank the VDA design team enough for all their assistance. They encourage brides to make Pinterest boards of what they prefer and their vision. From there, Mandi would schedule a linens and table design appointment and curate different styles of table settings and other design points. Food was absolutely amazing. Our guests loved their dinner so much that when plates were served for guests that did not show, they "fought" over who got the extra plate. Florals were beautiful, they include an extra bouquet for the bouquet toss. But you do not get to keep the center pieces as they reuse some of the flowers. Venue - the grounds are well maintained and clean. They still have a few areas that could be renovated better or cleaned up nicer.

      The Hacienda

      4.5

      Santa Ana, CA

We truly loved having our wedding at The Hacienda! It's a magical, gorgeous venue, every little corner has character, and color. Pros: - Gorgeous, magical, beautiful - Wedding coordinators make your life much easier, and are very kind (and patiently responded to the many emails I sent the days prior to the wedding lol) - The venue handles a lot of the decorations, so you only have to provide the touches that you want (We provided the bud vases and flowers, but they provide their own centerpieces. We also brought the table numbers) - The inside section, Tao's room, makes a perfect dance floor, and was also a great place for a photo booth! - Having the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner here made it easy for our close friends and family to be accustomed to the venue - Food was great - Includes the wedding cake Cons: - No plant-based options! This was a bummer because my husband (the groom at the time), and a couple of vegan guests had no options for dinner (both at the rehearsal dinner and at the wedding). We had to order something from a vegan restaurant, and the kitchen plated it and brought it, which was very nice. However, if there are many guests that need special dietary accommodations, this is something to consider. - Bride, groom, and wedding party members have to arrive at the same time as the other guests, unless you purchase 30 or 60 minutes of pre-ceremony photo time (only for the wedding party, they denied entry to family members to participate in the pre-ceremony photo time)

          Las Vegas, NV

Although it was a little difficult to communicate with the owners since we live in Northern California, they still delivered an absolutely gorgeous and affordable event. Cecelia and her daughter made sure all of our needs and requests were met. It was beyond anything I pictured in my head! Thank you to the Layla’s Palace team for going above and beyond! Our special day was amazing!

            The Doyle Las Vegas

            5.0

            Las Vegas, NV

Perfectly blends industrial charm with vintage elegance. A unique ambiance that captivate. My wedding consisted of 110 people. The ceremony was in the courtyard and the reception was in the main room. I was able to fit a 20X30 dance floor. The foyer was perfect for my welcome table, photo booth, and a few cocktail tables by the bar. There is a large suite that accomodated all 12 of us girls to hang out and get ready. At the end of the night, we all came out to the courtyard for the sparkler exit. Overall, The Doyle Las Vegas is a remarkable venue for an unforgettable wedding experience.

              Luxe Hotel

              5.0

              Los Angeles, CA

The Luxe Sunset is a beautiful oasis right off Sunset Blvd, with easy access from the 405. It's amazing how quickly you're transformed from the hustle and bustle of the city to serene luxury, as soon as you arrive in the tree-lined grounds of the hotel. More importantly, I want to rave about the staff, and Joshua Washington in particular, who's in charge of room blocks and Kelsey Hernandez in charge of venue spaces. Joshua was such a professional, respectful, and generous hospitality professional. All hospitality and service pros should take note. He was attentive and communicative, without being overly so. And he was just a joy to work with. In full candor, my fiancee and I were looking very seriously at The Luxe for our wedding room block, as well as venues for rehearsal dinner, welcome event and farewell brunch. The Sunset Terrace (breezeway) is a dream of an outdoor venue area. However, due to a number of factors unrelated to how extraordinary the Luxe and its staff are, we ended up going with a different venue. Still, my fiancee and I really love the Luxe, it was really hard to not be able to select it as our home base for our wedding weekend. We wish we could have worked with Joshua and his team for longer, and made use of the incredible settings that the hotel offers. For what it's worth, they're remodeling all the guest rooms. I didn't find any issue with the already-updated guest rooms, but it's good to know they'll be even newer and even more amazing. No disruption to their capacity in the meantime. And at the risk of them seeing this and increasing their prices, I want to say the prices for rooms, venues and Food&Bev were shockingly reasonable. My fiancee and I did deep dives into 5 different venues in west LA, and Luxe had the best prices. If you're looking for an intimate, upscale location that's not far away but still feels removed from reality, definitely reach out to Joshua and the team at Luxe. You will not be disappointed.

                  Rainbow Gardens Events

                  5.0

                  Las Vegas, NV

I recently had my wedding at Rainbow Gardens, and they did a fantastic job making our special day truly unforgettable. The venue itself is stunning, we got married in the garden room it is beautiful and well-maintained so they make sure it was not too hot for our June wedding. The facilities provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. Our wedding coordinator, Alberto, was exceptional. From the beginning, he maintained excellent communication, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. His dedication and attention to detail made everything run smoothly, allowing us to enjoy our day without any worries. Alberto’s professionalism and personal touch truly set Rainbow Gardens apart. We were coming out of state so communication was very important to us. I highly recommend Rainbow Gardens to anyone looking for a wedding venue. Their commitment to excellence and the outstanding service provided by Alberto and the entire staff made our wedding day perfect.

                    5.0

                    Las Vegas, NV

Brian and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They made our special day more than I could have wished for. Dealing with the injuries of being hit by a drunk driver four days before our wedding, Brian was very helpful and communicative with me. He worked hard for us to stay in our budget but also beautiful. Walking into the venue the day of brought tears to my eyes. It was more than I was expecting. Flowers, candles and plants made it a tropical paradise. The ceremony was short and intimate. Words can't express our happiness and heartfelt appreciation for Brian and his staff. Cake was delicious, wine was great and all the paperwork with the license was done with ease. Hurry and book now!!! I believe the hotel is being demolished in April so hurry so you can experience a wonderful and beautiful ceremony!!
