Me and my husband recently got married here at the Beverly Mansion. It was truly the perfect day! VENUE: Of course, Grand Tradition is absolutely beautiful (it is what we were initially drawn to). Their landscape is always luscious and VERY well-kept. Gorgeous bright green lawns and colorful flowers. You hardly even need any ceremony décor. This venue is pretty enough on its own. COORDINATION: We had a coordinator swap midway through planning, and ended up with Lisa. She was EXTRAORDINARY! She made the whole entire process such a breeze and easily answered any questions/concerns we had. Lisa was professional, organized and extremely friendly. We loved getting to work with her. She worked her butt off during the entire process, and it showed on our wedding day. Everything ran SO smooth. Lisa made sure to keep us on schedule and handled all the vendors, everything went without a hitch. STAFF: The entire Grand Tradition staff we had on our wedding day exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived I almost felt like a celebrity. We were treated with smiles, enthusiasm and care. The whole team was professional and really knew how to put on a wedding. I had two bridal assistants, Mackenna and Kaitlyn, who were absolute angels. You both really made me feel at ease with our little chats. You were constantly checking in on me, fixing my dress, holding my drinks, getting me food and doing anything I needed throughout the entire day. FOOD: You never really know what you are going to get with wedding food, but I think Grand Tradition has some of the best. That had SO many options when picking out what we wanted on our buffet, it made it easy to accommodate all different tastes. Our guests are still telling us how amazing their food was. Everything was truly delicious! Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone. If you want a fairytale, stress-free and perfect wedding, this is the place to go!

Wow. My wedding was a dream, Los willows is so beautiful and to be honest, photos of the venue do not do justice of how gorgeous the venue is in person. I also had a breeze planning my wedding with them! The wedding planner(Jennifer), dj(Shane), catering, photography/videography was all included in the all inclusive price! I got to pick if I wanted photography or videography for the included hours with the price! They are truly amazing and they made myself and my husbands special day very amazing. On the day of the wedding, Jennifer was so helpful and as the bride I was stress free. Thank you Los Willows!

I want to thank the staff and owner of Venue808. My husband and I recently had our wedding at this venue and first the place is amazing, it truly is a hidden gem. The location is perfect for a downtown wedding, or event. The owner was extremely helpful, above and beyond. The staff was professional and I could not have asked for more. I and my husband would highly recommend Venue808 for anyone hosting an event or party or wedding.

I could write a book about how wonderful this venue is! A truly hidden gem in the historic art district in Dana Point. What makes it even more amazing are Cynthia and her husband Doug! Cynthia helped me coordinate and plan our event for my son’s Baptism reception and she brought the ideas in my head to life!! I’ve been disappointed with coordinators before. Cynthia is amazing! She took all of my stresses away and eased my mind with her guidance, experience, and professionalism. And one of the most important things to mention is that she worked with the budget I had to create that wonderful evening for us. She and Doug truly treat you like family. And they treated all of our family during the event - like family! Making sure everything was set up perfectly. And that everyone was enjoying themselves! I can’t thank her enough and would absolutely recommend her catering services as well as this venue to everyone! Venue: Absolutely unique! They have projectors throughout the venue that can display moving backgrounds or photo montages throughout your event. So it can feel like you’re in an underwater aquarium, or NY in the 50s, or in a peaceful forest! They can also display different backgrounds or photo montages in different areas of the venue. Music: they have speakers throughout the venue and also outside so you can give them a playlist or even sync your Bluetooth so you can have your own playlist going. I suggested to Doug the “vibe” I was going for - Nora Jones meets Michael Buble meets Indie Arie. He definitely delivered!! You can also hire a DJ or a live band, however that may decrease your space usage for the venue. So it just depends on how many guests you want to have. Dance floor: they can stage the dance floor almost anywhere in the venue! Again, depending on how many guests you have. Outdoor patio: cute stylish outdoor patio area with fire pit! Our guests loved lounging in this area. Flower arrangements: Cynthia showed me several examples and were exactly what I envisioned! Food and beverages: SO delicious! Cynthia has a website of her catering services and menu options to choose from, or you can let her know the type of food you’re thinking of having and she can totally work with you! With her expertise, you can rest easy that she will deliver. We chose to have food served buffet style, but hors d’ouvres were butler In terms of beverages, we had water and tea station as well as a coffee and hot tea station. There is also the cutest little bar on the patio of the venue where Cynthia let us purchase our own alcohol to be served to our guests! And our bartender was awesome - professionally courteous yet super friendly and down to earth. The wait staff - professional and courteous! Very kind to all of our guests. Parking: There is a lot across the venue where guests can park and a few parking spaces right next to the venue. BONUS: We were able to drop off materials we needed to set up for the evening of the event a week prior! Depending on if the venue has events going on, Cynthia let me store most of our materials there a few days before the event which is such a time saver and stress reliever!! I was able to bring in the set up for our DIY photobooth, the frames that we were to display throughout the venue, and the beverages we purchased for the event as well as the cake! I highly recommend this venue and will definitely contact them again for future events!!

Adina and the Event Set crew transformed the GMMA into a beautiful wedding site and experience. We picked them because the price was right and the views were beautiful. On the day of the event the flowers were more grand than we expected for our price point, the DJ was engaging, and the food was better than any wedding I’ve attended. They accommodated our Indo-Western wedding with great Indian and western food. We even had his and hers mocktails. The food was the most customizable experience we found on the market. And it was tasty max. Adina is respectful, caring and patient. Your photos will be amazing with the view and the flowers. Especially if you have Trisha as your photographer. She is a master of lighting and angles. She makes quick work of editing and getting the photos back to you. Overall a great experience, less stress, and an all inclusive experience with lots of personalization.

We had our wedding in Feb 2024 at Wedgewood San Clemente. If my husband and I could give the entire experience more than 5 stars, we would! Our guests raved about the beautiful venue and awesome staff/vendors. Special shoutout to Tito (our HERO on the wedding day/rehearsal), Sierra, DJ Sean, and of course the countless behind-the-scenes staff members that made the day possible. Planning process: Everyone we interacted with was extremely personable, understanding, and made you feel at ease. The people we worked with (mostly Sierra and Tito) were detail-oriented; they helped us remember the little details leading up to the day. Pricing was transparent. Wedgewood allowed us to customize as much or as little as we wanted; we never felt pressured or judged to remove/add customizations through the last meeting. The recommended vendors were also professional and great to work with. Day of the wedding: As mentioned above, Tito was the man (Wedgewood should give him a raise)! He helped with the rehearsal, setup, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure things went smoothly. The venue staff made sure my husband and I ate well, had drinks in our hands, etc and overall were having a good time. Our DJ that Wedgewood recommended (Sean) was extremely amazing to work with – he truly listened to our vision, from the planning process to the day-of, and kept the party going; our guests had a blast and loved Sean. I’d recommend requesting Sean if that’s an option. The food was great as well, our guests especially loved the salmon. If you are considering this venue for your wedding, definitely go for it. My husband and I had such a great experience, and are so incredibly grateful. Thank you!

Just had our wedding here on 9/28/24 and wow where can I start??! From the beginning when we toured the venue, we had no idea what to expect considering this was one of the more relatively lower budget venues we were touring at. So imagine our surprise when we got there and saw this venue, which was even more gorgeous than the more expensive ones we looked at previously. Pictures don’t really do this place justice. The venue has a Spanish-colonial design which makes for a perfect backdrop for photos. The arches both outside and inside the building really makes it feel grand. The string lights in the courtyard are so pretty, both in the daylight and when they’re lit up at nighttime. The hills of rolling green grass in the background really give off that golf club aesthetic and all the palm trees around the venue really pop off and give California vibes. The view of the grassy lawn and palm trees I saw when I walked down the aisle was truly breathtaking and I’ll never forget this moment. But mostly, we were in such good hands with Michael as the director. He comes from tons of experience (over 2000 weddings) and really treats your special day with so much empathy and care. Him and Mayra helped us out in so many ways: -Set up our welcome table, seating chart display, and decorations with very little direction. I didn’t have time during rehearsal to let them know how and where to set it up, and when the wedding day came, everything was already set up so beautifully. -We didn’t know we had to ask for a mic from our DJ, so we didn’t have one, and Michael took care of that problem very quickly. -Michael walked me around the back entrance of the venue before I walked down the aisle, my pointy heels kept getting stuck in the ripped hole in my wedding dress and Michael helped me pull it out twice. -Mayra helped me change into my 2nd wedding dress when I wasn’t able to find my bridesmaids near me. -Michael swept up the fake money off the floor during reception, and also hand delivered us our signature drinks when we asked for them. -I requested a signature drink that they’ve never made before and Michael personally tried out a bunch of recipes and helped pick out the best one. Overall, Michael and Mayra put so much care and thought towards this special moment of our lives. With this venue, you get it all-the perfect coordinators and the most beautiful setting. Some other things to note-food was amazing, both cocktail hour and reception. The food was also plated and presented very well too. The only area of improvement would be that there is no bridal/groom suite. It wasn’t an issue for us since there is a fitting room on site. But in the future, it there is an opportunity, building a bridal/groom suite would improve the experience for others greatly.

The Jewel of Ortega is an absolute dream. From the minute the venue manager responded to our inquiry, we were over the moon about this place. It checked all our boxes for a retreat style wedding for our wedding party, parents and grandparents, in a nature-filled spot in Southern California but not difficult to get to, customizable to our vision and desires, and with an authentic and laid back team. Before we left our first venue visit we knew we would sign. The previous venue manager was very flexible with our requests and everyone we worked with on the approved vendor list was incredible and excited to go back to The Jewel, although we did appreciate that we had the option to choose others too. A month before the wedding, said manager left the venue and we were so nervous about how the transition to the new manager Sally and her team would go, especially as we were planning a DIY wedding from abroad and had only visited the venue twice. The handover was absolutely seamless and turned out better than we could have ever imagined - which is a testament to the ownership. Sally and her crew worked their tails off from start to finish that weekend and looped us into every decision in a productive manner. They stepped up big time when our wedding coordinator didn't deliver. They made all of our guests comfortable and we all felt like we were home for the weekend, which everyone complimented us on. It was just a pleasure to get to know them as people too, really. Before we even left the venue, we were coming up with reasons to come stay again. Thank you and we will be back!!

The traditional Mexican Palenque was an arena that hosted many large parties and even battles that date back to a Mayan civilization that still stands today in Chiapas, Mexico. El Adobe added the Palenque Room to match this Mexican event space concept and host larger parties of its own. Weddings had long since been taking place at El Adobe but with the new Palenque Room and Chapel location in the adjacent Garden, it gave guests a dedicated space to host a grand wedding celebration with up to 250 guests in attendance. One of the most well-known features of this room is the retractable ceiling that opens up almost 40ft across to expose the skies above San Juan Capistrano. Plaza De Magdalena was a beautiful venue for our wedding. The reception space was lovely. While the ceremony area and bridal suite were a bit on the smaller side, the venue provided great value overall. The food was amazing, and they included all the tableware and linens, which was a nice perk. The venue coordinator, Patti, could have been more responsive which was the most frustrating part about choosing this venue. However, the rest of team still did a great job making our day special. The groom's dressing area was a bit unconventional, being in a storage room, but they made it look nice. Overall, we're so glad we went with Plaza De Magdalena - it was an affordable option with a beautiful reception space and exactly what we needed.

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our wedding at Laguna Village, and we can’t recommend it enough! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Dayna was an absolute superstar throughout the entire wedding preparation process. Her calm, detailed, and organized approach ensured that every little detail was taken care of, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day. On the wedding day, Dayna was a true professional, making sure everything flowed seamlessly. I can’t say enough good things about her and her ability to help create such a magical day! The food and bar service were nothing short of spectacular. A special shout-out goes to Andrew at The Cliff restaurant, who was fantastic during our food tasting and on the big day. He made sure the service was impeccable and that everything ran smoothly. His professionalism and kindness really stood out. Our DJ, Gus, had the entire crowd dancing all night long, creating an incredible atmosphere for everyone to have an amazing time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Laguna Village, and The Cliff for anyone looking to have the perfect wedding day!

Everything ran smoothly and we know a large part of this was because of you and your hard work behind the scenes. You had promised our friends and family who needed help to get down to the ceremony would receive VIP treatment, and sure enough, they did! They all commented about the kindness and friendliness of the staff who escorted them in the carts. Please thank your staff for their wonderful attitudes and meeting the needs (and wants) of all the guests. I truly appreciate all you have done! It has been almost two months and we are still talking about the wonderful day. There is a sparkle in my eye when I talk about the magic of that day. My husband and I got married June 2023 at one of their beachfront properties in Lake Elsinore. They made sure the beach looked perfect before our wedding day and it was completely stress free communication with them. Our vendors came and set up with ease and it wowed our guest when they arrived. We had our wedding and reception area on the beach, a bar and lounge area in the courtyard with our 360 Photo Booth setup, and way more parking than we needed. I wish I could go back and experience it all over again. They were affordable and I liked them so much I used another one of their lake venues for my baby shower!

We looked all over OC for a place to have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception that was beautiful and aesthetically neutral. Irvine Marriott on Von Karmann exceeded our hopes and dreams. From the process they made simple and easy, to the mostly inclusive venue (you just need a few additional vendors), to our guests having affordable rooms on site to enhance the experience. We customized our day to fit our vision and the team (Niki, Michelle, Chef, Thomas, etc) was amazing at supporting us to have the perfect day! We enjoyed the beautiful venue, the delicious customized food, a large getting ready room fit for the Kardashian’s, the photo opportunities in some special spots (IYKYK), the cocktail reception, the service/coordination (finding a last minute sewing kit to fix a bridesmaid’s dress with reassuring smiles), the honeymoon suite… our wedding weekend was perfection (and our guests all agree)! If you are looking for a venue, RUN to the Irvine Marriott!

I wish everyone could experience the joy of getting married at the Lido House! The customer service was truly exceptional. Brian went above and beyond to help make our day special. They offered a complimentary suite upgrade on the night of our wedding, as well as the night before. They honored all our various food preferences. Brian offered to have multiple meetings to discuss all of the details. When I was sick and had to miss the menu tasting, they put the whole selection in to-go containers and included tea and cough drops in the bag. They offered complimentary car service to the beach for our sunset photos. I could go on and on! I cannot recommend the Lido House more highly.

Fallbrook Estates is a beautiful venue inside and out. During the time we were venue hunting, this venue was so be in the spring time and even when we returned during summer before signing our contract. The staff all around is super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We got so many compliments during our wedding of how beautiful everything was and how amazing the venue looked. The best part for us was that this was an all inclusive venue so minimal family involvement for the planning process which made it a lot easier and stress free on us. They do clear detail walk through and provide timelines to help with everything. The only thing missed from our timeline was the “Grand exit” with bubbles, but other than that everything went smoothly!

The Vistonian was a lovely venue! We loved all of the greenery and natural light inside the venue. It was spacious and allowed for plenty of room for our guests. The bridal suite was also spacious with lots of mirrors and outlets. We used the venue for both ceremony and reception. It was an easy transition going from one to the next. We worked with Shelly, the venue coordinator, and she was fabulous! Great communication from when we toured, booked, and up to our big day. The value for what we got was amazing as well! We did their all inclusive package and were happy with the price for all that we got: tables & chairs, bridal suite, catering, open bar, and DJ. Honestly, so great if you're on a budget or have a bigger budget and want to spend more on something like decor or florals. Highly recommend!!

We loved our wedding at the Flower Fields! The venue comes with a day-of coordinator who is very helpful and makes sure everything goes smoothly. We had our wedding end of June, so the flower fields flowers were not in bloom, but the grounds still had a lot of other flowers and greenery that made the setting truly lovely. Plus, the barn and stage area are decorated with string lights that look great, so you really do not need to add many decorations. We are so happy we did our wedding there!

We did not use The Knott to find this venue but we had such an amazing experience we had to share. The venue itself, the first thing you see is a modern foodhall / full bar with a large variety of restaurants. If youre staying at the hotel connected, it was such a great place to hangout with your bridal parties before everything starts. Moving along to the even areas, the ceremony room gives off a modern barn yard style venue and it's such a pleasant contrast from what you initially see when first walking in which really adds to the "wow" factor when entering the room. The cocktail hour area is amazing as well and after we gifted some of our items, they will now have Cornhole and a beer cart available! The area itself is wide open with great seating areas as well. The reception is another instance where the contrast is such a difference from the food hall downstairs, it once again adds so much to that jsw drop reaction. We were approached multiple times complementing how "cool" this venue was and it was definitely a true compliment. Now the venue wouldn't be anywhere with out the staff and I can not say enough great things about them. The entire time was courteous, professional and really give they sense that they want to make sure you have your special day as one to remember. Specifically wanted to shout out our amazing coordinator - Brianna, banquet captain - Lee j and Dj - Rhy's. These three went above and beyond for us and it seemed like that was just their normal demeanor. Brianna made sure we had nothing to worry about and made every part of the planning process a breeze. Lee J was also always checking in appropriately often to ensure we were never left wanting, thirsty or hungry. Rhy's was also great to work with, we had a very specific request with music which ended up having my wife and I take part in a lightsaber fight to two different versions of starwars music - Duel of the Fates, and he handled it masterfully. All in all, 10/10 can not recommend enough.

Ethereal gardens is a gorgeous venue and my wedding was stunning. That said, there are several things that Ethereal Gardens/Trademark Venues needs to improve on. 1- The contract includes additional costs (service fees, bar, additional guests, decor, etc) It becomes overwhelming and confusing to understand exactly how much your final cost will be. It needs to be better organized. 2- The invoice is the only location where you can see your cost breakdown, and they do not date any changes to the invoice. So one day your total cost is X, the next day it’s Y, and you have no idea what was added to the invoice. There is no record of changes. This is not a best practice for running a business and caused us extra stress. 3- The contract states that you cannot have a coordinator or a wedding planner because Trademark IS the wedding planner. This was frustrating because I did everything that a wedding planner should have done (creating the floor plan and seating chart, coordinating meetings, timeline, selecting/communicating with vendors…). Would have been nice to be able to have a planner to do those things like we were promised. 4- My planner tried to start my ceremony early, almost 20 minutes early! Even though most of my family wasn’t there yet! Luckily I said no and it went on as planned but that shouldn’t have even been suggested. 5- The security guards were VERY rude to guests who showed up late. 6- The venue set up my guest book upside down so the signatures are at the back of the book, welcome table was messy, and my gorgeous seating chart was set against an ugly brown wall so all photos of it are ruined. 7- Two full rows at the front during the ceremony were empty because people didn’t know they could sit there. This ruined certain photos because it’s very empty looking. 8- Getting-ready rooms are available at 11:30am (bride) and 2:30pm (groom) regardless of when your wedding starts. The venue does not accommodate based on your specific wedding timeline- unless you pay 1500 which only gets you an extra hour in the rooms. Wish we would have known that up front. Caused more stress and confusion. 9- A security guard snapped his fingers at one of my guests to tell them to leave when he was just waiting for his girlfriend to get out of the bathroom. And the staff started taking tables apart as our wedding was still going on! This led to one of our guests losing a jacket that was on the back of a chair someone took away. Summary: Wedding was beautiful, food was great, venue was gorgeous. However Ethereal Garden’s processes are messy and very greedy/money focused, and some their staff is rude and made guests uncomfortable.

Codie was absolute perfection, she is so sweet and kind, she handled the day of coordination amazingly, she was there for me whenever I needed her, and she knew exactly what to do even when I had no idea! The reception hall was GORGEOUS, I loved how everything was set up, she did everything and more to help ease the stress of my wedding day! I couldn't have done this without her, Codie, I'll forever be grateful for all of your help and pure kindness. The food service was also great, we received many compliments on the cocktail hour foods and dinner service! All of the staff there were incredibly kind and nice, the bartenders, staff, chefs, bus boys, everyone was amazing. Our DJ Arnie was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, he is recommended by Codie and works frequently with Shadowridge and I'm so thankful we booked him. I had my wedding at Victoria Ranch in February. It was perfect! The location is stunning with beautiful views and a gorgeous sunset – plenty of spots for incredible photos. Our wedding was 80 people and there were tons of spots throughout the property for people to wander, explore, and take photos, while still feeling intimate. We had a happy hour event the night before our ceremony and reception, all of which were catered by the preferred vendor, Chef Joann. The food was incredible. Hands down the best wedding food ever. We ended up staying at the property for two nights with our families and when the weather got chilly at night we ended up moving the party into the ranch itself. The ranch is charming and cozy, full of vintage tchotchkes that made this antique lover's heart melt. Perhaps most importantly, the team was easy to work with in the months leading up to the wedding. They were responsive and knowledgeable. I put a lot of trust in their vision and input. It was the best decision because it took a lot of the stress off of planning a wedding, knowing that the catering and venue was in good, capable hands.

David L Baker is located in the heart of Fountain Valley and Mile Square Park. We are a raw space that permits for any outside caterer to be brought in while using our bartenders and bar packages if bar services are desired. Our venue rental is inclusive of tables, chairs and floor length linen for both our Ceremony as well as Banquet Room. Both spaces provide a natural and neutral setting complimenting any style or décor brought into the venue.

Hannah and her entire staff were so helpful the day of the event. They made sure every step of the way we were being taken care of. They went above and beyond when helping set up, even when it wasn't their responsibility to and it didn't stop there - the entire rest of the night was spent making sure whenever they could help they did.
