The building has been renovated by adding modern touches to the original charm that was created in 1906. The Venue's main level exhibits industrial chic accents such as; Grand chandeliers, string lighting, concrete countertops, exposed brick, the original hardwood floors and punch tin ceiling.

We also provide items for rent to use while you are utilizing our facility such as chairs covers, punch bowl, wrought iron garden arch, and mirrors for the center of tables. The Ivory Grille Restaurant and Lounge are available for both catering needs and bar needs.
