We had our wedding at The Warehouse on North on 11/11 and it did not disappoint! Tabitha and her team are amazing and will put your mind at ease leading up to the big day. She was great at communicating with us, took time to get to know us and understand what kind of vibe we were going for, and most importantly, she managed every little detail on the wedding day to make sure everything ran smoothly. Our guests are still talking about the food (From the venue), the laid back outdoor beer garden for cocktail hour, and how nice it was that the team flipped the room so quickly that people didn't even notice it was happening! In my opinion, The Warehouse on North is worth looking into for hosting your event!

We welcome you to Pheasant Valley Barn! The barn is nestled in a scenic valley in the middle of our farm. The Byrne family started dairy farming in Wisconsin after emigrating from Ireland in the 1870's. In 2003, we decided to renovate our 1890's barn. We added a new metal roof and restored the interior of the barn. To celebrate, we had a barn dance for Duane's parents' 40th anniversary. Thus began "The Party Barn". In the fall of 2018, our son Cory married his fiance, Jenny. It confirmed our idea of starting a barn venue and sharing our barn and farm with others. We have been asked many times, "Why don't you rent out this barn?" We have decided the time is right to diversify our farm and start this event business. We are so happy that we restored our barn. As more and more barns and farms are lost, our barn is preserved and now can be shared with others to create a memorable and special day for your event!

My husband and I were married at Pheasant Valley Barn this past summer and we could not have been happier with our venue choice. Lindsay, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire planning process, offering timely advice and insights that ensured our rustic, flower-filled wedding vision came to life seamlessly. From the first venue walkthrough to the final farewell, Lindsay was there to answer every question, calm every worry, and handle all the behind-the-scenes details with total professionalism. We were able to relax and soak in every magical moment knowing we were in very capable hands. We had our wedding at Ludlow Mansion in Monroe WI and it was fantastic. Penny and Greg are great and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Our guests continued to comment throughout the night how the venue was beautiful. Our wedding was in April and they were so accommodating to moving the ceremony to be inside instead of outside the morning of the wedding. I highly recommend going with the three day package as it made everything less stressful. I cannot say enough how happy we were to have our wedding at Ludlow and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for that all in one place for their weddings!

When you start planning a wedding and you’ve never planned one before, you question if hiring a wedding coordinator is worth the money. At Bartlett Hills Golf Club, you will NOT need to add this extra expense. Evan Blum – the Event Coordinator and his whole team of employees know how to make your day run seamlessly. Evan from the beginning had excellent communication, and a plan for everything - he responded to emails promptly, answered all questions along the way, and made sure our wedding and reception went as smooth as possible. Throughout the entirety of the day, Evan and staff were readily available. We felt so taken care of. We cannot say enough about all of them. Our ceremony on the veranda was set up even better than we had imagined. We purchased an arch flower kit, as well as chair covers with decorative bands for a pop of color. I didn’t get to see the veranda until the ceremony. So, when I walked out the double doors, I was beyond impressed with how Evan and his team put everything together. The same goes for our reception; decoration around the room and tables were set up better than what I had pictured in my mind. For our cocktail hour, we had passed appetizers which were a huge hit. And for the dinner we chose the Casual Package to give us and our guests plenty of options; Bartlett Hills did NOT disappoint. Guests still tell us they enjoyed the variety, quality, and quantity of food they had throughout the entire night. We have such high regards for Evan and his team at Bartlett Hills Golf Club and can’t thank them enough!

The venue is stunning directly located off the river. We had our wedding on Sunday, July 3, 2022 with a courtyard ceremony and indoor reception with panoramic view of the river. Everything was just perfect. I strongly recommend this venue to anyone looking for something different from the banquet style wedding with a great elegant touch. 5 stars

My husband and I decided on getting married at cooper fox over a year before our wedding. We were thrilled one we found this place! It was everything we were looking for. Though the whole process wasn’t without frustration as the event coordinator we booked with was fired two months before our wedding. We weren’t told until I reached out to that coordinator after not hearing from her and she told me she was fired and thought the venue would have told us by then. The things we had been told by her were not consistent with what we were being told by our new coordinators so it was very confusing. Things I had already discussed I had to discuss again and it added a lot of stress just two months before. But I have to say that the wedding itself was absolutely PERFECT! Everything that was frustrating before was fixed in time and it all came together beautifully. I really appreciated Mandy’s helpfulness and creativity with decor and making things look the way we wanted. And the wait staff/bartenders were the best part! They seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and were so kind and it was fun to see them dance to our music!! The food was delicious, our guests couldn’t stop talking about it. Overall I would definitely book with them. The price/package you just can’t beat and the photos are beautiful outside in the courtyard. I think a lot of our frustrations came from a badly timed inconvenience and they had to try to pick up everything our original coordinator was doing. But genuinely a great place for a small wedding.

We highly recommend The Seville Chicagoland as a wedding venue. Desire was amazing to work with - she communicated promptly and professionally every step of the way. The space itself is elegant without the high price tag, giving great value. On our big day, The Seville really came through for us. When some out-of-town guests couldn't make the rehearsal, Desire allowed us to cancel without penalty. She also helped with DJ equipment rental when our original rental fell through. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or coordinator for our special day. The Seville handled all the little details and last minute changes beautifully. We're so grateful for the role they played in making our wedding day stress-free and magical.

I literally could write for an hour or two and still not be able to tell you everything that was so wonderful about working with WSE. They were well organized, available, kind, and definitely make you feel like family. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and photographs very well. We took advantage of the recent upgrades to Alpha and it was a fantastic space; big enough to comfortably accommodate our 150-ish guests, décor, dance floor, buffets, memory table, etc, but still felt intimate. They coordinated well with our outside vendors and I appreciated that we weren’t limited in our vendor selection. They made a lot of things just work without stressing us out at all. The setup for my caterers/servers was excellent and accommodating. The Romeo suite was so much fun for the groomsfolk, but the Juliet suite was an AMAZING amenity. The salon chairs and backlit mirrors were so convenient for my HMUA. The suite was comfortable and roomy despite the zillion people I had coming in and out. The full kitchen (particularly the full size fridge/freezer) was super nice to have. We had our ceremony on the west lawn, which was absolutely beautiful. They also were very enthusiastic and accommodating about letting us get some photos with our dogs and incorporating them into the ceremony. One of the most notable things, though, was how well they handled adapting to my and my guests’ mobility needs. Several of my older family members use walkers and were worried about the walking or the grass and they all felt very accommodated and cared for and were able to enjoy the day. I myself have a disability that affects my ability to walk and stand for very long; this was no problem for them. They shortened the aisle for my ceremony, knew exactly how to create a beautiful ceremony where both we and our wedding party were seated, and they put a lot of mileage on those golf carts getting me and my family where we needed to be safely and comfortably. I cannot recommend White Stone strongly enough and I would have every event there if I could.
