Tyler Freear as our photographer was so amazing. He was my favorite part of the day (besides marrying my husband). I would book him for any event. Tyler was timely, friendly, professional and work with our budget. He was fantastic in helping with all our need for our wedding. Tyler was great at communicating, reaching out before the wedding and making sure I was comfortable in taking photos. Tyler would also show me photos along the way to point out details and make sure it was what I wanted. Tyler was flexible and kind. He took picture of us holding a photo with my grandpa on the screen as he couldn't make it to the wedding. We also had a cousin show up with a camera taking pictures that didn't phase Tyler at all. He was awesome in letting all guest and us be ourselves. I can't wait to get our photos back.

My husband and I got married at Arrowwood on May 26. It was an absolutely amazing experience. We used not only the venue, but the add on services of coordination, decoration, and floral. Everything turned out exactly how I wanted it and I would describe the day as perfect. Every question that I had leading up to the day was answered quickly, kindly, and efficiently. Our coordinator, Bri, truly made the day so easy and fantastic. She was on top of everything from decorations, wrangling groomsmen, and making sure I was having a relaxing/ fabulous time. I could not be more thankful for her help and her guidance in making decisions and the wedding timeline. If you are considering using Arrowwood, do it!!

The Dream Ranch was an amazing venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, they were pretty quick to respond to all of our questions and communicated with us in a timely manner. On the day of the wedding, the staff set everything up exactly how we wanted it, and they even allowed us to stay longer in the gorgeous house the day before the big day. The quality of their work and overall value was beautiful - the venue was exactly what we had envisioned for our special day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend The Dream Ranch to any couple planning their wedding.

Woodsy Floral started by accident believe it or not. Flowers have always been a part of my husband and I’s marriage. Every Friday or every other Friday my husband, Lonnie would go get fresh stems from the floral shop down the road from our house. With crazy looks he grabbed them. This turned into me making arrangements for our events. When some of our friends saw these floral arrangements, they asked if we could make more for their events. We had one friend that owns a wedding venue, she brought up becoming a vendor for her brides. Well after a little bit of pressuring from Lonnie, we attended her open house as a floral vendor and LOVED IT.

Emily was our wedding photographer last month and she was AMAZING! I started making my own mixtapes and always wanted the music to never end. I continued to play for family and friends and zone out. Until one night with my brother, we spent hours playing classic hip hop and rap hits. I told myself that If i can do this off memory than mixing it together with a database of music would be simple.

DJ Tone was a fantastic addition to our wedding day. From the very first setup call, his communication was spot on - he took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and made sure everything was coordinated perfectly. On the day of, his quality of work was absolute perfection. You could tell he truly cared about making our special day as amazing as possible. His advice and assistance throughout the event went above and beyond, and he helped make our wedding day truly unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ to get our guests dancing all night long.

I found Stunning and Brilliant Events as a preferred vendor from the venue we had booked with. Michelle Peska reached out to me to schedule a phone call and I really enjoyed talking with her. I think the main difference between her and another wedding planner I spoke with was that Michelle asked WAY more questions to get to know myself, my fiancé, our story, and how we envisioned our day. Michelle is very knowledgable and sweet. She definitely has a lot of experience and it shows when you are working with her to plan your event. She always seemed like she was one step ahead of me- as it should be :) I think my favorite part of hiring someone to help me with the wedding was that 30 days out she took over all of the communications with the vendors coordinating everything, which alleviated a lot of mental stress for me that I wouldn't have to worry about any of that. Wedding day- she was super helpful and I'm sure she handled plenty of problems that came up that I knew nothing about, which is exactly what you want your wedding planner doing! I 1000% think it is worth it to hire someone to help you plan your wedding and I'm so glad I did!

Paul was wonderful! We booked him in February 2020 for our October 2020 wedding. He definitely knows what he is doing and is very professional. He has an online questionnaire so you can be as detailed as you want with song selections, genres, etc. He takes EVERYTHING into consideration and worked flawlessly with our wedding coordinator. I was a mostly hands-off bride about specific songs, but we had one (one!) phone call a few weeks before the wedding so he could better gauge my musical tastes, and he took it from there. The actual night was perfect! Despite masks and COVID, we had a pretty energetic dance floor, young and old. One guest even commented on how great the cocktail hour playlist was. On top of all that, Paul is so sweet and friendly and easy to work with! I hate when DJs have over the top performative personalities and always seem to be on the mic, so we were very low-key. Paul understood just what we wanted, worked with us for our style, and gave us the most perfect and memorable night.... for a very reasonable rate too! I highly recommend him to other couples!!

A few days before the wedding, we had an issue with the caterer, I immediately handed over communication to Shay. Shay was able to communicate with and negotiate until the issue was resolved. I could not imagine having to deal with that myself. Oh, did I mention it was a destination wedding? Shay flew all the way down to our state and made magic happen. When it was time to hand over information to the Day of Coordinator, Shay was organized and received many complements from the coordinator. A unique outdoor bar among the vines, built into the stone wall of the vineyard, is a favorite spot for cocktail hour, or transformed into an icecream or coffee bar. Inside, draping & twinkle lights add a romantic ambiance to the reception room, with an attached covered patio serving as an al fresco dance floor. The secret garden is another magical space for photo ops Your rental includes the use of Magnolia Terrace’s fully-restored vintage home, where you’ll find 2 dressing rooms with private restrooms, a large prep kitchen, indoor bar/buffet area & extra guest bathrooms. Located in charming downtown Frisco with many hotels less than 5 miles away.

We were finally able to have our wedding reception at Magnolia Terrace and it was a delight! Corinne was so understanding and flexible with our wanting to push back our large celebration due to the uncertainty of COVID, and honestly that gave them time to implement some really beautiful upgrades to the venue. Marissa was an absolute pro and had our reception running so smoothly. She was really attentive to get my husband and I drinks and food in between pictures, and honestly having the coordinator included with the rental made things so easy on us. The venue itself is gorgeous-- our photographer couldn't stop pulling us to take pictures in new spots because the inspiration didn't stop coming haha. The fact that a majority of the venue is covered is really awesome (thankfully we had clear skies), and the owners have done such a good job with the attention to detail. It manages to feel really intimate even when you've got 50+ people attending. The dance floor was a great size for our guests who wanted to let loose, but not so overwhelmingly large that it was intimidating. If you're planning an event with under 100 people, this is absolutely the best value in DFW. With the decor, coordinator, and most of the rentals included it took so much off our to-do list that I can't imagine why people get married anywhere else. The location is so surprising-- it's a gorgeous hidden gem in the middle of downtown Frisco. We can't recommend Magnolia Terrace enough!!
