Business owner Brian Reilly used this philosophy to create something different; a company that takes a fresh approach to the often stale catering market. Relying on skills honed in over 20 years of management, hospitality and special event services, Reilly set out to create a fusion of fresh and interesting foods with artistic and engaging displays. The result was Cured Catering.

Jam Rohr is the owner of Radish Kitchen as well as Black Dog Metal Arts in Peoria, IL. She is a sculptor and a chef, who's goal is to make vegan eating approachable, accessible, and available to the Heart of Illinois
