I have a passion for hospitality, outstanding service, and changing the reputation of wedding food... it can be memorable and delicious! I have spent over 20 years in gourmet kitchens across the world. When I came to Texas in 2009 I fell in love with Southern cuisine. After many years in luxury hotels across DFW, in 2016 I created Tex-Med cuisine (modern Mediterranean with a Texan twist) which combines the food of my homeland with the flavors of Texas. My wife, Stephanie, and I opened Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen in 2019 and began offering catering services shortly after.

Naborly Provisions founder, Krista Nabors Dick, has been serving clients and guests for over 10 years in the hospitality industry. With experience spanning from boutique resorts to luxury catering companies and venues, Krista identified a gap in the industry and was inspired to create a new brand that would fulfill the needs of her clients, industry partners, and community: delectable food, impeccable service and a simplistic approach. With the primary goal being to bring hospitality to every event with a boutique style menu, Naborly Provisions operates with a clear focus: Pursue simplicity, elevate classics, and execute flawlessly.

Award-wining Chef Alain Lemaire is a native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where he first discovered his interest in cooking. That interest in food grew out of the need to feed himself what he wanted, and when he wanted it by watching his mother and grandmother in the kitchen, to full blown passion by the time he graduated. Chef Lemaire has featured on several TV shows: he was the host chef of the “Taste of Haiti” episode of the "Luda Can't Cook" series on Discovery+ with award winning rapper, actor, restauranteur Chris "Ludacris" Bridges. He is also a contestant of the Food Network's hit series, Fire Masters, Cutthroat Kitchen, and Chopped.
