King Marlon's Pastries

5.0

  • Serves Bridge City, LA

We are an online Dessert Shoppe based in New Orleans, La. Sourcing the freshest and most authentic ingredients. Using new and old-fashioned techniques to ensure the highest quality our customers expect. We specialize in Custom Cakes, Donut Pastries, Catering Events, pre-packaged Baked Goods, Party Treats & more.

King Marlon's Pastries was amazing in every aspect - communication, quality, taste, cost, and presentation! Marlon was amazing in accommodating our dietary requests. We are vegan and (mostly) sugar-free. We'd tried other bakeries but the quality was not great. We would have rather gotten a non-vegan cake that our guests could enjoy than have a vegan cake just to say it's vegan. However, King Marlon's Pastries did a phenomenal job! He was responsive and communicated clearly - he was also transparent about the options he could make for us and answered questions about ingredients willingly and enthusiastically. The presentation for the tasting was also amazing - he went above and beyond which gave us confidence in knowing he'd go above and beyond for our actual wedding cake. The cake itself tasted great - it was moist, not overly sweet, and complex enough to enjoy at a wedding. Thank you, Marlon! I look forward to being a repeat customer for other special cake needs.

Fluff Gourmet Cotton Candy

5.0

  • Starts at $200
  • Serves Bridge City, LA for additional fees

Fluff Gourmet Cotton Candy was born in 2017 from a YouTube black hole. Little did I know that the series of videos about cotton candy would lead to a business that I love! I have been an artist my entire life, and Fluff has given me such a creative outlet.

Not only is Camille’s cotton candy super delicious, she is great to work with, and her little cart she brings is very cute, too. She has a ton of flavors to choose from, and all of the ones we sampled were really good, and then we ended up choosing three to serve at our wedding. Everyone thought it was a fun idea, and it gives your wedding guests something else to do than dance and gives them something to talk about!
