It all started with a small team of people who had a dream of making a more delicious donut. We wanted to use the highest possible quality ingredients from top to bottom, from glaze to dough. And we didn't want just any old donuts - we wanted flavors that would cause excitement, get people talking, and push the boundaries of what's expected. We make our donuts fresh, in-store, by hand, every single day. We're constantly experimenting and looking for that next big flavor. We love what we do, and we want you to love our donuts as much as we love making them for you.

Owner Shauna Hinchen-Joyal studied pastry arts at Johnson and Wales University and has worked in the baking industry for over 20 years, making specialty event and wedding cakes as well as her signature pastries. Shauna and her husband and partner Bob have been trained by an expert baristas at Atomic Coffee Roasters and are proud to serve drinks brewed with their beans. All our espresso drinks are made with our gorgeous Italian made La Marzocco machine.

Steph here! Hi! I love creating edible art! I found my passion with cake over 17 years ago when I became a new mom and wanted to make a special 1st Birthday cake for my son. A few years later I was asked to make my very first wedding cake and I haven't put my spatula down since! My passion is creating 3D, Gravity Defying Designs, Realism and working with fresh flowers on blank slates of buttercream or fondant (Marshmallow) to create stunning one of a kind designs!

We entered the world of sweets during the pandemic with a small box of chocolate-covered strawberries my sister and I ambitiously made for our mom for Mother's Day. That day sparked my passion for creating beautiful and tasty treats. My mom became my baker and together we created Titán's Treats named after my grandmother, Mamá Titán (tee•tahn).
