Congratulations on your engagement! We offer 3 different packages. Elopements, Thursday package, Full weekend Rental. Our Full weekend rental is our most popular and is a rental from Friday at noon until Sunday at noon. Yes, we only host one wedding a weekend-it take the stress away! This time can be used however you desire. We are not vendor picky, you pick all of your own vendors. We do require a licensed bartender to serve all alcohol and we also require a one day special event insurance. We have 2 barns, one for the ceremony and the other for receptions. On site bathrooms, dressing rooms, firepit area as well as an outside bar. All tables and chairs are provided as well as wood high back chairs for head table. We also offer many rental items for decoration, centerpieces etc. 120 person capacity. We do require a deposit of $800 to book your date the remainder is structured on a payment plan. Magnolia's is nestled in the rolling hills of the historic Hobart Village. There is no beauty quite like Northern Michigan! You will find timeless charm in our 120 year old barn. The barn has a dance floor, rustic bar area and can hold up to 115 guests. Whether it's a wedding, family reunion or open house, we've got you covered. We provide tables and chairs for up to 200 guests along with various decor items such as centerpieces, signage and furniture. If you have more than than 115 guests, a rental tent is recommended. Our goal is to make your day unique, seamless and manicured to your vision. We love working with couples and are open to exploring any ideas you may have!

I loved it so much that I can't wait to start planning my vow renewal ceremony so I can do it all over again and without a doubt have it at Magnolia's at Hobart!”

“Old Stonegate Farms was the venue for an October 2024 wedding that I had the privilege of designing flowers for. It was a rainy day so we ended up moving the ceremony inside, and put the arbor frame against the big doors. The bride was totally happy and it worked so well. This barn is stunning, I think I counted more than 10 chandeliers in the main seating area alone. It’s clean, nice bathrooms, and staff was very accommodating. I highly recommend! Hopefully, I will get to come back and do a dry wedding on a sunny day soon!”
